The boneless wings with the sweet chili sauce get a strong 8.9/10. Very cost effective and very yummy. Conveniently located right across the store from the storehouse dispensary, it is in a prime location and the guys working there are consistent and reliable. Solid place read more

I ordered 2 large pizzas last night from this location. I ordered 1 large pepperoni and 1 large pepperoni with Italian sausage. I had it delivered to my house, and when I opened the boxes, I found that there were 2 large pepperoni pizzas only. When I spoke to the gentleman over the phone with ordered, I originally said I wanted 2 pepperoni and Italian sausage pizzas. He informed me that an added topping would be extra, which was different from the promo I received that stated a 2 large 2 topping pizza for 27.99. Even though I didn't understand the change in pricing, I told him to change the order to 1 pepperoni and 1 pepperoni and Italian sausage so that I wouldn't be charged double on meat. I called today to share my disappointment for the order, as it was my first time ordering from this place. I shared my concerns with a woman named Rose who communicated that there shouldn't have been an extra charge for the 2 topping pizza, as they are the same price. This made me more upset because I would have just kept my original order of 2 large pizzas, both pepperoni and Italian sausage. I'm disappointed in the lack of attention to detail, which made my experience less than ideal. While the pizza was good, the service needs work and proper training on deals and pricing so that staff can communicate clearly and accurately. read more

Here we go again. When you just want to like a place.... Ordered a pepperoni pizza and 2 sub specials 1/2 sub, chips and diet Pepsi. Price $28.99 for delivery 45 minute wait. Ok it's Friday. No problem. So delivery driver comes and I have $3.00 tip with my total price already prepared. Here comes the disappointment. I'm sorry ma'am but, I forgot the 2 chips and 2 sodas. He gives me $2.00 back. I call back to store to state what happened. I'm placed on hold while they call the driver who states he gave me $2.00 back. Ok so basically I paid for my half ass meal and you still were tiped $1.01. I suggest since I paid for the chips and soda that it could be credited to my account for the next time. They tell me that they don't do credits anymore. Ok so is he gonna bring to me what he forgot? I'm told that's why he gave me the $2.00 back. So I not only paid for my meal and he still got the $1.01 tip and we are out of chips and soda. People order stuff because what they order is normally not something that they currently have in the house and furthermore because that's what they wanted. This does it for me. I will never order from this place again. And I guess they are fine with that because they didn't take a loss in any way. I suggest if you even think about placing an order here do know if they forget something they are not bringing it back to you, they will still take your tip and you are just assed out. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! Stated they have a no refund policy. So long story short there was an issue with the app (not my error) and the food was delivered to the wrong address. The driver called me to tell me that the food was outside and I went outside and no food. The driver was contacted and told me that he would deliver the food to my address and to text him my address. HE NEVER CAME. The store said he is not able to make that decision. The guy on the phone said: "Food was made and delivered. No refund." Please do not give this company your business! They care nothing about the customer including you. read more

Ordered 2 plain 8" cheesesteaks with american cheese, mozzarella sticks, and fries through grubhub. Side Note: Have ordered from these guys no problem for going on 5 years now since moving back to Baltimore and living in Mt. Washington area. Added up my grubhub history and since beginning of June 2016 have spent exactly $820.43 with this business. Expand that out to 5 years and I could very well be one of their most loyal customers. Mozzarella sticks and fries were normal and fine. The cheesesteaks came loaded with toppings but very little meat (mayo, lettuce, tomato, hot peppers, onions, maybe even forgetting some) which destroyed the sandwiches and made them soggy disgusting messes. Tried to take a bite to see if still edible but no. I've got a history ordering there and they usually "deliver". Called back to explain that the order was wrong and requested 2 new steaks as I ordered them. Easy right? End of story? No. Got a phone call 30 minutes after that from someone who worked there (day manager maybe the cook he did not introduce himself?) demanding that I return the sandwiches in exchange for new ones, which is implying that I am trying to steal from them by getting two extra sandwiches. I did not appreciate this insinuation as mentioned I have spent likely a couple thousand dollars with them over the last 5 years. I explained that we had tried to take a bite of them before realizing the extent of the terribleness of the sandwiches... and then threw them in our trash can. I got heated with this staff member and I told him his driver could come see the sandwiches in our trash can. I told him that we threw them out after trying to take one bite to see if they were still edible. Hey, they are usually good at this so... He then tried to explain to me in about 5 different ways how "business works" and how does it look if I bought something from a store and came to ask for a new item because the original was broken without returning the original item. Apparently he needed to show the sandwich to his manager? That's not how food service works buddy... what are you going to do? Resell it? Scrap it for parts? That's absolutely ridiculous. Never in my decade+ history of ordering food from restaurants and them getting the order wrong has ever resulted in returning the original food. A few weeks ago (5/15/17), Pepe's Pizza down the street from this place on Falls Road sent me the wrong pizza. They made it right by apologizing and sending the RIGHT pizza in an even larger size than we had ordered in the first place. I asked him if he was insinuating that I was attempting to steal from them. I said he could check my order history on Grubhub and that I've spent thousands of dollars with the business over the last 5 years. We just want what we ordered! I told him what he was implying and that if he continued down this path it would result in a terrible yelp review and filing a complaint with the credit card company. He then continued to try to get the sandwiches back. After a few more moments of hopeless argument he hung up on me. They never sent us the correct sandwiches, but we don't want them now anyway. Well, here is a terrible yelp! review. I will never buy a single thing from them ever again. I know several people that live in the apartment community around me who I originally recommended to use this business. Occasionally friends visiting in need of a bite have order here on my recommendation. They will be hearing about this too. Photos to be uploaded after the review is submitted. We dug these awful things out of the trash just to show you how awful they are, how little meat is on them, and as proof that we didn't eat them. Complaint with my credit card to be filed shortly. I will probably just include this yelp! review in the comment to Chase. read more

Pizza Boli's - Two "Plain" Cheesteaks with American Cheese - Pizza Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

Horrible!!! I ordered a Gyro last week from them that didnt even taste like real meat, then I just ordered a buffalo chicken wrap today which i threw away. The wrap bread was hard and probably old, the chicken was ok but compared to the amount of lettuce and sauce I couldn't even tell where the little bit of chicken was. And dont even get me started on the cinna-sticks that just look like a not done pizza with cinnamon sprinkles. I mean I literally just WASTED $15 with the delivery of this disgusting food. Im so mad. Even the fries were nasty and not done when I specifically stated to cook the fries Well done. I will never eat from this pizza bolis again. They are sooo lazy in the production and service of the food. Sincerely, Frustrated and STILL hungry customer read more

The best pizza I've had in many years. I will definitely make Pizza Boli's on Falls Rd. my permanent pizza joint!!

A great place to get pizza from- if you like your pizza to taste like SpaghettiOs. Some of the worst pizza I've ever had

The parking was a little tricky, but everyone there was extremely friendly and as always the pizza I ordered was delicious!

I ordered online a medium thin crust pepperoni pizza & a medium cheese with mushroom pizza. After driving to pick the pizza up I went home and took 2 slices of the mushroom & cheese, I bit into it and there was big pieces of WOOD in my pizza. I quickly called the staff kinda chuckled when I told them and said he don't know what I want him to do about it. I drove back to the store where they examined the wood that I spit out and maybe it came from the mushrooms since they were fresh. Not to convincing for me, they only offered to replace the pizza after making my second trip there. No thanks this time I might have found metal in it. This is suppose to be the 1st Pizza Bolis ... Will not return!!!! read more

Best.Pizza. Ever. This is the pizza place that all other pizza places should strive to be. It's the question and the answer. The cat's meow. The bumfuzzle. Lady Di's Knickers. Their pizza would be alarming, if it weren't so damn consistent!! We typically get the 5 topping large and jumbo wings, and after a year of ordering fairly regularly I have to say this place is like a laser beam on a hungry/lazy night. So bright. So right! If it wasn't completely inappropriate + biologically impossible, I'd be having ALL of your babies, Falls Rd. Pizza Boli's! You're more addicting than Grand Theft Auto 5, Reddit, and cartel grade 100% Colombian cocaine, intertwined. Whoever makes the pies is my personal Yoda. I don't know how to say this any better, YOU MATTER. Thanks!! read more

Service is absolutely deplorable. I received a bottle of soda with ants in it (within the cap, where you would drink from) and it was then made my problem to deal with it. When I called to ask for a new bottle to be delivered, I was told I could drive to pick it up, or I could have a free bottle with my next order. I informed the person that I would like the soda that I ordered delivered (2 miles). I was put on hold. I repeated my story and my request to the next person. I was put on hold. I repeated my story and request again- I was told that all of the drivers were out and they would not have any to deliver to me. I repeated my request again. I was put on hold. I was then told a new bottle would be delivered. The new bottle was delivered. I showed the delivery person the old bottle with ants, and he told me to keep it (I believe this was a manager of sorts). I walked into my house, opened the new bottle, and was greeted with more ants! He was driving away as I went back to the door. I then drove to the store, with both ant-laden bottles. I informed them that I would like a new bottle, with no ants please. I took the last one they had, opened it in front of them, and was relieved there were no ants. My problem with all of this is- if a customer calls you and tells you that you served them food contaminated with insects, your first thought should not be to inconvenience the customer- your first thought should be to run a new bottle to them as soon as possible and apologize profusely. Working in the food industry, I understand that creepy crawlies sometimes happen. But in this case, the customer is always right and the business should do everything it can to cover its butt and provide the customer with whatever he/she needs. I should not have to drive to get my own 'non-ant' bottle of soda, and be told, repeatedly, "it came like that". Where the ants came from is not my concern- my concern is a company selling me a contaminated product and not doing anything to remedy the problem. I will never be ordering from these people again. Food was fine, except for the ants. read more

I ordered spaghetti today and asked to have meat sauce added. I have never seen a spaghetti like this in my life. This spaghetti had ten pounds of cheese on the top. Just the sight of it made my stomach turn. Not everyone likes cheese. I removed all the cheese and tasted the spaghetti.. The meal was very dry with little sauce, the noodles were mushy and the meat looked fake. I would never order spaghetti from here again. It tasted like chef-boyardee. This was extremely disappointing. What a waste of $11. All I can say is yuck! read more

Very similar to Pappa Johns in taste and presentation. Pappa Johns is better. I for one dislike both and prefer local Pizza Places. I was disappointed. The one thing I will say was delivery was quick and the pizza was relatively inexpensive. However the order was messed up and it took about 10 minutes to explain what kind of pizza I wanted. read more

Tonight we got a cheese steak sub and a cheeseburger sub from them. We usually skip this place but because it was a holiday our normal place was closed. Anyway, my husband nearly cracked a tooth on a piece of bone in his cheesesteak sub (low-grade meat). And I had to throw away the whole cheeseburger sub because it tasted as if the low-grade burger meat had gone bad. Needless to say - we won't be ordering from them again. It's a shame to because occasionally we can get a good pizza out of them. read more

For a chain pizza location, they have great pizza and cheese bread. I used to order from them when I went to Northeest Ice Rink and whenever I'm in the area I try to. I'm not sure what the guy below was talking about with the regard to the fries. My son and I LOVE the fries. You get quite a bit for an order and we look forward to the fries just as much as the sub which is also very very good. This is among our first choices for carry out. And, yes, the guy who works at night can be a bit dry, but I think he's like that all the time and with everybody. I don't mind him that way just as long as the food is good. read more

This was probably the worst service I've ever experienced in my entire life. Apart from the driver almost refusing to refund my money when we didn't receive a soda they wanted us to paid for... the manager felt the need to hang up on me when I informed him of the situation.
