    Me just having Kodak moments

So. Another late night pizza joint in books that i totally recommend. My experiences were all late night. When no other places have food. Besides royal farms. Ok. Definitely recommend. Let's start with service : its quick and everything came out correct. No issues. Very friendly guy at the front. Place was clean. They also had tables. I just carried out Ambience - well it's late evening. I was taking million pictures and no one seemed to care or complain. Friendly patrons came in and out. And seemed like they were regulars. So. Ambience was great. Had that late night vibe. Now food itself was great. It's a big menu and everything available until close. Which i think was 3 am. Pizza was fantastic. Extra cheese. And pineapple. I loved it. Wings were also delicious. Good size nicely seasoned. No complains. Onion rings. And seafood platter was great. Just not a fan of that fried calamari. But. It was included. Next time i ll ask for replacement. Salmon cakes were unreal. We also ordered sub which i was told was amazing. Mozzarella cheese sticks. And everyone loved everything. We came back there about 4 weekends in a row. So. It's def worth a visit. If you arriving late or staying out late. Such a great find.

The food here was really yummy. I actually loved my bruschetta and Caesar salad. My friend got mozzarella sticks and a calzone and she loved them as well. My gripe was the one front-end server. She would take a phone call then put the phone into her butt, then come grab plates, then grab the phone, then bring our food out. She didn't have any pants pockets or an apron on, so she would literally slide the restaurant phone inside her pants seams touching her underwear, butt skin and everything. After answering the phone, she would go serve a slice of pizza. The longer I watched the unsanitary habits, the less I wanted to order dessert.... So I didn't. Can't deny the food was very yummy, but I wish I could give this place all 5 stars but with us just trying to get over a pandemic, getting this employee an apron is a MUST.

As i continue to find the best Italian cold cut & best pizza in Baltimore my journey lead me to Piazza 27. After a brief circling of the block to find parking I lucked up & got a spot next to the restaurant. I guess midday is the best time to come cause it was empty so my service was quick & fast. Prices weren't bad about round the normal since Covid $15 for the sub & slice. Now to the part we all came for i was truly disappointed with the slice of pizza despite it looking so good it was pretty bland & way too greasy for my liking. Few pizza places have that skill of making great tasting greasy pizza. The portion was perfect it's just the pizza didn't taste too much like anything but grease. Now i will say the sub surprised me cause despite the poor packing of it I truly enjoyed it. Bread was toasted to perfection so none of the juices made it soggy. That's always a plus but I believe that's what made the sub so delicious it was toasted right which allowed me to enjoy it properly. Not a lot of lettuce or condiments so every town you bite into it something falling off the sub. I would've preferred some more meat but still overall have to give the sub a strong 7 & would definitely return to give other items on the menu a chance!

Thought this place was okay. The pizza crust was a bit too tough for my liking. Usual amount of toppings, but could have used a bit more sauce. If you're a sauce fan like me, consider asking for extra sauce on your pie! Takeout was hot and fresh! And I appreciated the smaller size of sausage crumbles.

    Cute Saying On Window

We were taking advantage of Doors Open Baltimore and exploring our Charm City. We spotted this restaurant and decided to give it a try. We were drawn in by the cute sayings written on the windows. We were warmly greeted by Antonio, a native of Naples, Italy, and the owner. As a fellow Italian, I knew right away we would enjoy our pizzas. We ordered a slice of Pepperoni, a slice of Chicken Bacon Ranch and a slice of Veggie Bianca. The slices were generous in size - thin crust and loaded with flavor. They also offer starters, Stromboli and Calzoni, Pizza, Italian Sub Classics, Panineria, Old Time Italian, Salads and Pasta. It is also a BYOB. The restaurant has a simple pleasing décor. They offer dine in, take out, and catering. We were very pleased that we stopped for lunch.

I heard that Piazza 27 recently changed ownership, so I figured I would drop by. Last time, I was served an adequate pizza for not being in New York. This time, I was served an abomination against food. A greasy, gloopy, unholy mess. I ordered a Hawaiian pie, but there were 9 (I counted) pieces of pineapple and a few pieces of ham on an 8 slice, 16 inch pie. You can't in good conscience charge for a topping and give that little of it. More than half the slices had neither pineapple nor ham. A complete waste of money.

This was delicious. Nice and big cheesy and oily lol. I wish there was more red sauce. Im a sauce girl other than that the crust was perfect light yet crispy and seasoned. Ill def be ordering again!

Finally got to try Forno and was not disappointed! I came here with 3 friends and we did not have a…read morereservation, but got lucky and we were able to be sat pretty quickly. The space itself is small but homey, which I liked. It's a little bit of a tight fit for everyone in there but it works. The service overall was great. The chef came over and greeted us, and even checked in later, and we had a great conversation with their somm. The food was fantastic! The pasta's and pizzas were both unique and delightful. We split a ceasar salad, meatballs, the greek pizza, a sausage pizza, and two speciality pastas- a cacio e pere (pear), and another one that I can't pronounce in italian but was a very thin lasagna like noodle with meats/spices inside. We also split one of their desserts, which i really liked. Shout out to the hazelnut gelato which was particularly delicious. I will absolutely return!

This was my first time at Forno and I can't wait to go back. It is in the old DiPasquale's marker…read morelocation. It's called a "speakeasy" but I walked in and you can see the restaurant. There was a curtain, but it was pulled back. The market stuff is still there and the outside of the building is pretty dark. I wish they had played up the speakeasy part more, but they made up for it in service, food, and drink. We were seated quickly. There were only a few tables left and we felt lucky to grab one. Our waiter came quickly and we immediately ordered the drink special, a butternut squash old fashioned. It was amazing and the bartender came out and told us how he made it. I volunteered to be taster for future creations. I don't know if he will take me up on it. We ordered the Plum and Burrata Salad, Fristo misto, and a Goat pizza. The salad was so good. I could have had it as a meal. It had a generous amount of plums, barrata and prosciutto. The pizza had a perfect hand tossed crust. The toppings were also great. I should have asked for some red pepper flakes but that was my fault. The Frito misto was not my favorite. The breading seemed fresh which is good. I liked the shrimp better than the calamari. We didn't get to try dessert because we were about to explode. I can't wait to go back and explore more on the menu.
