It didn't seem to matter much. That's the kind of thing a restaurant really needs to get right, and they dropped the ball. Service was actually okay, though, to be fair. No real issues there, the staff were friendly and attentive enough. So there's that. But honestly? Houston has too many good options to settle for an overpriced average.
