I'm so happy I found this spot! I love that they're a upscale ish pizza shop. It's a cute modern diner feel but they serve pizza, pasta, salads & beers on tap & cocktails! It's sooo hard to find a mellow spot that serves great alcohol options and food. I definitely recommend this place for a date night or a casual gathering with your friends. We ordered basically from each category of the menu and like all the pastas. Our fave of all the pastas was the bolognese. The spinach pasta is the best The let down was the smothered cookie! It definitely did not come close to BJs pizookie. Although it was good, even tho it came out on a cast iron skillet the cookie was cold and the ice cream made the cookie more frozen and we couldn't jam our spoons into it. I just tried the pit fire vegan gluten-free pizza with their homemade cheese and it's probably the best vegan gluten-free pizza I've ever tried and I've tried all of them ha ha ha. Took photos for a first birthday here and it was such a wonderful experience! They rented out the whole restaurant and it was such a smooth experience- every guest was able to order drinks and food and there was even an activity for the kids to make their own pizzas. This place is relatively new in the space that used to be Spin!. It is also a pizza place and there is always plenty of space. I have been here a couple times now and both times have been A-Ok. I have had the margherita here as well the Frose. The Frose is super yummy! The pizza is good for a spot that is convenient to seeing a movie either before or after hitting this place, but the dough is a bit over floured. There is also a nice patio area for drinking, and a fire pit that would be great to spend some time at with friends in the summer evenings. Pitfire Pizza has been on my to try list for a while and so recently I placed an order through DoorDash to give it a try. I ordered the honey bear pizza and the corn and chorizo pizza. The flavors are so unique and the presentation made them look so irresistible. The corn and chorizo flavor had limes served with it that really brightened the flavor profile, bringing in some fresh acidity in a fun way. My favorite part of the honey bear was the ricotta and the sausage bits. I personally wasn't a fan of the calabrian chiles but I have a sensitivity to some textures and I just didn't like the feeling of it getting stuck in my teeth, I would omit the chiles in the future. I have not been here in person but after having a great experience from ordering online I really would love to sit down here one day. read more

I thought it was a usual sit-down restaurant with wait staff, but it's one of those places where you order at the counter, take a number, and they bring you your stuff. I associate those places with lower-quality "fast food," but the food here was really legit. I got the Field Mushroom pizza and it was so good. The crust is perfect--thin but fluffy. They have a great selection of beer, wine, and cocktails and prices are totally reasonable. We got a pizza, a pasta dish, and two beers for about $50. We stopped by for the first time. We started with the garlic bread and ordered 3 pizzas. I'm forgot to take pictures for f the bread but see below for the of the pizzas. We went relatively early so it was still slow. We were able to order right away food to about 15-20 mins, Bread came out in about 10 mins. They don't come check on you or anything, it's a order and they bring it out to you kinda place. They have water and silverware/plates in a couple different places so you can grab. Had time to kill before our movie and saw Pitfire nearby. We loved the open air aesthetic and decided to give it a try. My son and I were blown away. We split the Honey Bear pizza- it's a wild flavor combo that is so crazy it just works perfectly. Cheese, sausage, chiles, honeycomb, and a drizzle of honey. An excellent pizza!! They have a charge they add to any online order which is ridiculous they state - "There will be a 3% Happy and Healthy Surcharge added to your bill. This charge is not a gratuity, but rather supports our ability to provide sustainable earnings and benefits for our team. If you would like it removed from your bill, please call the restaurant to place a phone order." Total woke ridiculous policy. Look, you pay the employee what you want to, but do not charge and additional fee for forced tip and relabel it. If you want to lower your cost that is not your clients issue talk tot he vendors and make things ore efficient or be accountable and add it to the cost of the pizza - I am buying a pizza not a personal staff member ........ Not everyone deserves a trophy. So I called when I told the guy today at 5/23/2025 at 4:40 pm His name was Alan.
