I lovvveeee this place! I wish they served coxhinas during breakfast as well. I have no more complaints as everything else is wonderful. The smoothies, the cocktails.

Pitanga was a Brazilian treat for this Portuguese soul. My heart instantly skipped a beat when I noticed all the Brazilian specialities on the menu from Brazilian coffee, breakfast, and pastries. We started with two large cold brews (less ice) with almond and oat milk. The coffee was a good strong flavored cup of joe! The Pao de Queijo was HUGE, which was surprising because I'm used to the small bites. It was great to share amongst two people as a starter or pallet opener. It was such a beautiful day for late October that we preferred outside patio service/seating. We ordered the Avocado Toast and Eggs and Chicken Sandwich (chipotle mayo on side). We decided to share so we could both taste the deliciousness...both very filling solo or shared. I highly recommend the yuca fries with the Chicken Sandwich. If that's not your cup of tea...other offerings were sweet potato fries or regular. I look forward to returning to try one of the bowls and other menu items. Beijos!

A friend and I came in for brunch on a Saturday afternoon. We sat on their cute patio to enjoy the fall day. We had the Sesame Ginger Quinoa Salad and the Eggs & Avocado toast. We also had their espresso martini and a vodka drink whose name escapes me. Their drinks are well balanced and tasty! We both enjoyed our food as well. Our server was friendly and quick; definitely recommend for a Brunch!

Not sure if Pitanga is considered authentic Brazilian cuisine or moreso a modern spin on it but the food is pretty solid. I ordered the quinoa bowl which was quite tasty and healthy as well (a rarity in my book haha). However, I wish they would have an option to add protein. On top of that, I understand packaging coffee is difficult for deliveries but there's no good reason half of the coffee should've spilled before I got it. This is moreso the fault of the courier I'm sure but at the same time it's important for the restaurants to try to ensure safe packaging of all items. I would definitely try Pitanga again though!

Disappointed that I paid $16 for bland and watery beans. The pico, the avocado, and the egg were also unseasoned. The egg was baked in a mold and the yolk had the texture of plastic. Even a fried egg could have given this dish a level of care that could have made the eating experience more enjoyable. It tasted like whoever made this didn't really care about serving delicious food. The smoothie and pao de queijo were great and I would come back for those items.

As someone who grew up in SoCal and now lives in New York, an açaí bowl is something I continuously crave - this spot always satisfies! I subbed the almond butter for PB. 10/10!

A must!!! We met the owner Todd and he was so nice, most importantly the staff was excellent. And yes the food was great also.

I love their Parfait, it was my go to breakfast during the summer. However, the weather is getting colder and this time I decided to try the Oatmeal. OMG it's perfect. A lot of fresh fruits, the right amount of granola (it complements the oatmeal, and does not draw all the attention to itself), and a little bit of cinnamon. In general, everything I've ever tasted here has been delicious. Food, and juices, and coffee. Also, the place has a very pleasant atmosphere and the staff is very friendly.

Yuca Frita and the Breakfast Burrito!

We had the opportunity to grab late brunch here and were pleasantly surprised with our entire experience. We hadn't made a reservation but were able to be seated immediately. We looked over the menu and decided to share an order of yuca fries which I had never had before. These are some extremely tasty fried fries that are served with a delicious dipping sauce. I decided to go with the breakfast burrito for my main dish and was also decently filled up given that this was a very well filled burrito. The space itself is very modern and sleek - giving off the vibes of an art gallery that was transformed into a restaurant. They also have a cafe space adjacent to the restaurant as well. A great place to visit for brunch with friends.

The food was cooked perfectly but the bowl lacked seasoning. More importantly, the server had so much negative energy and was annoyed with us coming for lunch it was so awkward and uncomfortable.

However, I was quickly proven wrong. Not only was the service topnotch, but the drinks were surprisingly delicious and refreshing. There's a ton of options which is also surprising considering the tap only format. Upon further reflection of how tiny the bar is, it makes sense why they would go this route. It would be challenging for one person let alone two to be behind that bar shaking and stirring. I also heard there's a back area with more seating but we didn't explore much further than the front bar stool seating. Seems like a cool spot for happy hour or late night drinks and I would definitely return!

We were lucky to grab 2 seats at the bar as the rest of the seating actually seemed a bit cramped and uninviting. They advertise a heated back patio but I don't think the heat was on and no one was there, which is a bummer. Regardless, the theme is nice with everything attributable to their "laboratory" ambience. Everything is served in beakers or similar glasses. It can get a bit crowded sitting at the bar as that's where everyone orders drinks but otherwise this was quite enjoyable. Will definitely keep on the list for HH.
