Fries are classic shoestring fries. Akin to a McDonald's fry in appearance but less oily and salty (good thing). Lattes were good but nothing special. Pão de queijo (cheesy bread) was also very good. Pitanga was a Brazilian treat for this Portuguese soul. My heart instantly skipped a beat when I noticed all the Brazilian specialities on the menu from Brazilian coffee, breakfast, and pastries. We started with two large cold brews (less ice) with almond and oat milk. The coffee was a good strong flavored cup of joe! The Pao de Queijo was HUGE, which was surprising because I'm used to the small bites. It was great to share amongst two people as a starter or pallet opener. It was such a beautiful day for late October that we preferred outside patio service/seating. We ordered the Avocado Toast and Eggs and Chicken Sandwich (chipotle mayo on side). We decided to share so we could both taste the deliciousness...both very filling solo or shared. I highly recommend the yuca fries with the Chicken Sandwich. I ordered the quinoa bowl which was quite tasty and healthy as well (a rarity in my book haha). However, I wish they would have an option to add protein. On top of that, I understand packaging coffee is difficult for deliveries but there's no good reason half of the coffee should've spilled before I got it. This is moreso the fault of the courier I'm sure but at the same time it's important for the restaurants to try to ensure safe packaging of all items. I love their Parfait, it was my go to breakfast during the summer. However, the weather is getting colder and this time I decided to try the Oatmeal. OMG it's perfect.
