I want to thank the manager Eric for the best customer service and most delicious falafel sandwich so carefully made with true care. Being new to Pita Way, I loved his engagement with recommending sauces and spices which I felt he was setting the intention for my return. It wasn't like other restaurants where you go in and barely get a hello or even recognized that you're standing in line. Sadly, this is true with customer service these days. Well, as for me, I would change the name of the restaurant to Pita No Way, if that was the first time I ever had a pita, it would also be the last time. I was very unimpressed with the pita (thin/dry)., the meat, (not sure ?) I had the Detroit Gyro. The vegetables were fresh and there were plenty of them. The sauce also was not to my liking. On a good note, the place was clean. The service was good., a little slow, but that was probably due to lack of help. I love this restaurant and frequent here multiple times per week. The food is fantastic and the personalities that work there are amazing as well. I love the food and the people so much at this location in particular that I had them cater my wife's surprise birthday party, which they did an amazing job with as well. This is a restaurant you want to try and prepare yourself because you'll crave it. I'd recommend the Sandweech, white meat chicken, everything on it, w white sauce. Get some fire fries on the side. Food is good but the portions seemed to be small for the price you pay. I did get the falafel bowl and it was good but the falafel balls were pretty hard. The rice was nice. This is a place I've been to twice and had the exact same experience both times with the falafel being overcooked. I do appreciate the fresh Mediterranean option in the area, but really wish they would improve some basic things about the food itself. No complaints about the service and the ambience isn't anything to brag about since it's in a strip mall and pretty standard looking. read more

The guys working Monday night at 5:30pm were so kind, attentive, and focused on getting the orders made just right! I really appreciate their dedication. Great service, the manager always has the best recommendations and is good at what he does. We really only go when we have coupons, which they seem to cycle a lot of, so that helps with the cost. It's not "expensive" but it isn't cheap either. Comparable prices to similar style places, I think eating out has gotten expensive everywhere unfortunately, so it isn't really the businesses fault. First of all the food was amazing, not only did they put some love in the food but they also put plenty love in the service leaving me absolutely impressed and eager to come back, I haven't been able to feed my little sister much of anything her being a picky eater but when the guy up front asked her what she wanted she actually felt comfortable at the way he spoke to her and felt comfortable to try new things in which she did with his help and she tried something completely new and loved it so thanks to the people there my whole family got to enjoy the food. I definitely recommend going out and eating here with friends and family it is an amazing environment and experience by far more than anything and not to mention the food again which had every bite flavor filled straight from Middle East with spices and it was 7pm and they still had fresh meat coming off the grill for eating and fresh falafels made on the spot for us. but it's the ambience and atmosphere that did the most work when making you comfortable, it's not too noisy or too bland but just right making it perfect for enjoying time alone or when your trying to impress friends! 10/10 recommended restaurants! read more

This place was odd and, well, gross. We ordered take out and they forgot all of our fries. I ordered a bowl and they gave me 5 small pieces of cubed chicken in the "bowl". The chicken was cold and hard. There was a spoonful of humus, tabbouleh and like 3 pieces of each topping I selected. I didn't get rice. Maybe it would have been more full but when you sub you pay an up charge and I expected more. Speaking of their humus, it's weird. It's too smooth. It doesn't even taste like it has chickpeas in it. It honestly made me kind of sick. The pita is that cheaper thin kind and not worth the price. We won't be going back. It certainly was not worth the cost. read more

We've been here a couple of times now and the workers are always the nicest people and so helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about customers. The food is always delicious and fresh, too! Overall, I think this is a solid fast casual Mediterranean-style spot. It's clean inside and the workers were friendly. I ordered a bowl for $15 and my boyfriend got a pita wrap for $11.99. My bowl had dark meat chicken and half rice/half lettuce as the base. The pita wrap had gyro meat. The proteins were a pretty good portion size; the flavor was good, but nothing special. I liked how the toppings were unlimited. You can also get 3 sauces, which honestly is a bit too much sauce for me and takes away from the meal being somewhat healthy. The bowl comes with a pita wrap on the side too. We also got an order of "fire fries" with chipotle sauce, cheese, and parsley. The fries were crispy and the flavor was good overall, but it was charged as a separate side for $6.49 instead of a meal upgrade for $3.99, which we did not think was really worth it. We told JP it was our first time in and he so kindly helped us with our order and offered his own suggestions. We dined in. Environment was clean and tidy. JP took his lunch break around that time and went out of his way to ask how we enjoyed our food even while on his break. I love Pita Way fries. I almost only order a small fry to go with a side of white sauce! I've always received a reasonable amount of fries in a small box. Today, I was handed my order and it was a very small portion of fries served in a cup. The person working the counter informed me that fries are no longer served in a box, they have reduced portion size, and you will now be charged a fee for sauce on the side. This is most disappointing, and will be the reason I am no longer a customer at this establishment. read more
