The food was EXCELLENT! Flavorful with tons of options and huge portions. The service was fast and polite. Lots of young people working who couldn't answer all the questions we had about the menu. There are only a few tables available and they fill up quick so be prepared to take it to go if you go during peak hours.

Great new Pita restaurant located in Kentwood. Food is quick and tasty and don't miss the fries, they are crispy and superior to any others I have tried. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is very casual with four tables but most customers seem to be ordering to go.

Expansive menu with options for all diners

This place is off the chain!!! Conveniently located on 28th Street, Pita Way offers delicious Mediterranean fare. The restaurant is clean and spacious with ample seating. Ingredients are fresh and help to separate Pita Way's quality from competitors. The quesopita is a brilliant take on a quesadilla, using pita bread and feta. Any future visit to Pita Way, I will be ordering the quesopita. Portions are generous and customers will enjoy knowing they received excellent value for price paid. You MUST try the fire fries! The fries themselves are crispy and perfectly seasoned. The fire fries take it to a new level, with chipotle, feta, and parsley, enhancing the flavor profile. These fries are worth the visit itself! Customers will enjoy a wide array of protein options, including dark and white meat chicken, gyro, and falafel. There are options to satisfy any type. Service is exceptional. Employees go out of their way to prepare meals with attention to detail and offering personal suggestions to enhance selection. The owner, Clint, is passionate about the restaurant and delivering a great experience for all guests. His enthusiasm is infectious. Do not miss Pita Way on your next trip to Grand Rapids!!

The food was good. Service was friendly. Definitely a spot for take out, although the neighboring shops offer interesting options.

Ok food. Is like a subway shop. Not real mediterian food. there are better choices. It is just fast food. falafel was too spicy for me.

At first I was hesitant because of the price, and it being biscuits, but they made me eat those words and more. It was like a large biscuit muffin top with jalapeño, cheese and honey glaze (I think) and it came with a white cheddar cheese sauce to dip it in that was outrageously delicious. For a guy who hates cheddar biscuits, I've got to say I'm blown away. My wife ordered the steak with fingerling potatoes and carrots. It was on the pricier side, but yet again well worth it. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the veggies were pretty good too. They had live music playing as well tonight. It was a jazzy kind of vibe and it didn't over power anyone talking or anything. The guy had some serious skill too. To top it off, we had some pretty killer service from everyone there. From the hostess taking our names, random servers walking around, and our fantastic server (I forget her name but she was blonde and worked upstairs and had a a really great attitude. The expo or food runner dropping our food off anticipated us possibly needing an extra plate and brought one without asking which was super awesome and ended up coming in handy ( I knew my wife wouldn't finish that steak alone) and she brought it without asking and was ready with a smile to get more. I used to be a GM (I hate when people use this saying but...) truly I know how hard it is to find good workers and the folks running it here seem to have it down. I come from a place where you have to drive 100 mi or more for average service. So seeing exceptional service is really almost too good to be true. I'd definitely stop in for a bite. It's worth every penny. We'll be back for dessert, they have seasonal crème brûlées!

I dined at TOG today for a business lunch and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing…read more At the end of our meal, I asked for a to-go box because I had barely touched my food. My guest and I spent most of our lunch talking, and I left with nearly an entire meal. About 20 minutes after leaving, I realized I had forgotten my box and immediately called the restaurant to see if it was still there. The young lady who answered the phone asked where I had been seated. I explained that I was at the very first table at the front of the restaurant. Within seconds, she told me there was nothing there. Her tone made it clear that assisting me was not a priority. Given that the hostess stand is located at the back of the restaurant and I was seated at the front, I do not believe there was enough time for her to actually check before dismissing my concern. After I sent an email regarding the situation, the hostess responded that she had walked through the restaurant looking for the box. Based on the timing of our phone conversation, I find that difficult to believe. In her response, she also stated that she checked with the servers after our call had ended, which suggests that no real effort was made while I was on the phone. What is most disappointing is that I am a regular customer. Today, I paid $56.00 for lunch for myself and my business guest. Between a server who was largely absent throughout the meal and the dismissive interaction when I called about my forgotten food, the level of service fell far below what I have come to expect. Everyone has an occasional bad day, but customer service is often defined by how issues are handled after something goes wrong. In this case, I felt dismissed rather than helped. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I do not plan to return.

We jad a cheesecake with us, the staff offered to take it in the back and store it in the fridge for us. They brought it out for with the candles lit to sing happy birthday and then they took it back to cut it up for us. I am so glad to experience such an amazing staff! Some things to note: you can order a cake from their bakery hut they need 72 hour notice. Cakes from outside bakery are allowed, there is a charge of 1.50 per person. It has to be from a bakery, it cant be homemade. Reservations on weekends is for 12+ party. Besides the amazing service. The food is amazing! The cinnamon rolls are the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had. We got it without the bacon. It was flaky and warm and just so delicious. For my entree I got the breakfast sandwich with vegan sausage and no egg and side of potatoes. It was also very good. The biscuit is very soft and buttery. All the entrees were huge portions and enough for some leftovers. I will definitely go back even just for the cinnamon roll and the service! We had a small group and had no issue getting a table on a Saturday.

I've been on the hunt for good brunch ever since moving back to Michigan seven years ago, and the best spot I've found is unfortunately two hours from where I live! My family makes sure to swing through at least once a year on our way back from Lake Michigan. My spouse and older kid love Sy's pot pie, and my younger kid loves the kids' pancakes with chocolate chips and sausage on the side. Not only is the food great, but Lisa is an absolute gem. She was our server when we first found this place in 2024, and on every visit since, she's made sure to stop by and chat, even if we're not in her section. We love her and we love eating here - we only wish it were closer!

If you want specialty coffee go to Starbucks, but the coffee was good and they have a variety of teas. The food was delicious. I had the French Toast with granola, lemon curd, and whipped cream (all made in house with bread from the bakery next door). The genius of the meal was the hint of mint in the whipped cream. Delicious! They also have a kids menu and are family friendly. It was a little pricey but the food and service were worth it. I highly recommend Little Bird for breakfast, but they also have a lunch and dinner menu plus a wide variety of cocktails, wine, and beer.

Such a charming, atmospheric little place with beautiful presentation and wonderfully prepared food. The menu is small -- exactly as it should be at a place like this. The four of us ordered four different dishes and shared tastes of everything, and every single dish was excellent. And a little tip: order the tea! They source their teas from a specialty supplier, and you can tell they put thought into even the smallest details. The service was absolutely outstanding.
