We all ordered different stuff and everyone said their food was really good. I enjoyed a variety of things off the happy hour sampler menu. I got a hummus trio, sautéed mushrooms, and tomato and mozz salad. Portions were a bit smaller than I was expecting but I enjoyed it all. I'm a fan of Pita Jungle, so when I needed catering for a party of nine and something on the healthy side, Pita Jungle was an easy decision. Though there were only nine of us, I placed an online catering order for 10 people. My father and I arrived shortly after Pita Jungle opened. They let me know they were out of one of the hummus I ordered and they replaced it with something else. I thought it was sort of odd to run out of something right when they opened, but it wasn't a big deal. Everything else was correct. We laid everything out once we got home and the portions were pretty big. It was more than enough for all of us, with some leftovers, too. Pita Jungle is a great spot in the valley that never disappoints. My wife and I recently tried this location for lunch and it was excellent. She had the chicken shawarma and I went with the banh mi sandwich. Of course, if you come to PJ you better have some hummus too. I also recommend the house-brewed ice tea that is fantastic. Prices are reasonable and the staff is always very friendly. I have never had a bad meal at PJ and definitely didn't start this visit! read more

The employees at this location are friendly and customer service is great. We ordered food for pickup and the order was correct and fast. I love that they have multiple healthy kids meal options to choose from (protein + carb + veggie + fruit). The kids to-go cups are cute and the guava lemonade was a hit. My favorite is always the sides, cilantro jalapeño hummus and potatoes. This time we got gyros and they were just okay. The gluten free pita tasted good (I hope it was actually GF, the gyro wrap wasn't labeled), but the gyro meat had too many burnt pieces. I prefer other menu items like their flatbreads and bowls and would order differently next time. I'll keep coming for the healthy variety and the hummus! Ok, tried the Tuscan Salmon Salad tonight and it was fantastic. I give kudos to the kitchen staff because they work tirelessly even when their wood fired oven broke down. I really enjoy eating here. I always get the Chicken Philly Pita. I am not embarrassed to say but I bring some green chile from my home. I ask to remove the bell peppers because they're not cooked to my likings. But adding that green chile on that marinade chicken with the grilled onions and pita it's delicious. I think I just found my favorite lunch spot! That Mediterranean roasted chicken shawarma pita is the best meal I've had in a long time. Pita Jungle never disappoints! My friend and I met for lunch and l ordered a la carte on the "inflation" menu and got 3 different tacos. Cauliflower, falafel and chicken. My favorite was the falafel, the spices and sauce were awesome! And it was a great deal for $9! *not sure if the menu is a limited time offer* However, you can not go wrong with some of the Pita Jungle staples: -hummus with grilled chicken -Philly chicken pita -garlic dip -Mediterranean chicken shawarma ....to name a few! We gave up on this place after a few terrible experiences when we first moved here. Now we love it! The food is so healthy, and more importantly it all tastes good. We have had much better service over the past year and we often go here for a quick date night during the work week. The food and service here can be quite a hit or miss. On my last visit it was a big ol miss. We were a party of 4 and so we waited a few minutes for a table to clear up. For some reason it was pretty busy. Once ready we were seated by the kitchen. Our sever then took her time to come over and get our drink orders. After getting our drinks, we decided we were ready to order. We ordered hummus and pita to start with and it came out quickly. It was actually so goood that we ended up ordering a second round. I had the salmon with mashed potatoes and the salmon was lukewarm. Did not want to complain so I ate it like that. The potatoes were fluffy and flavorful. Aside from the salmon not being hot, it tasted really good. Our drinks sat empty and we had to flag down our sever for refills multiple times. Maybe it was an off day for the server and cooks but we walked out of there disappointed. read more

I went to Pita Jungle with my girlfriend to celebrate our 5th year anniversary before we head to Hawaii. We walked in around 4pm for an early dinner. It was very peaceful and quiet. The waiter was very nice, she made sure that we had everything taken cared of. She got our drinks and waited when we were ready to order. I got cilantro and jalapeño hummus for starters, I ordered a Philly steak pita with pita chips with a Dr Pepper and my girlfriend ordered a falafel pita. The wait time was not that bad and we got our starters immediately but I do have to admit the pita from the cilantro and jalapeno hummus wasn't as fresh as we expected. However, with everything else it was delicious. I always come to pita jungle for their pita chips, I'm crazy for them. The Philly steak pita was very hot and delicious and it felt really light and healthy to still eat. Afterwards I got a Dr Pepper to go and it was huge without extra cost and I got some pita chips to go as well. The service is excellent, the food was delicious, and filling. The overall experience was nice and smooth on all aspects of this place. Will definitely come back soon! read more

I was disappointed in my Giro. the pita bread was soggy. The size of the Giro was small for the price $11.90. There was visibly no tzatziki sauce on it. Maybe they used very little and it got absorbed? (I can get a Giro made at Phoenicia Pita Kitchen for a dollar less, a lot more meat, and it has a generous helping of tzatziki on it.) The taste of this Giro was okay. So, how to improve? Hot Pita bread but not soggy would be nice, put more tzatziki on it. Less pickles. It's overwhelmed with them. The meat on mine was a tad dry. If you want a more authentic experience, go to Phoenicia Pita Kitchen. I do like Pita Jungle though, just not this particular Giro on this day. Worst experience that I have had in a while. Went there Sunday afternoon. Could not get a hostess to seat us or anyone to even acknowledge us? Then we find out that there was only one server? And she was also the hostess, drink person and would take your order? There were at least five tables waiting for her to get a drink and for her to take their order? Then we noticed that there was only one cook in the restaurant? I believe it would have taken at least an hour or more to even get our food? I wouldn't waste my time ever going there again.
