This was NO easy job and they had to do it for BOTH engines. They have Hauled us out, Winterized, Wrapped AND DELIVERED our boat for the past 5 years. For the past 5 years including YESTERDAY they have launched us. We have needed work done in the past where they have hauled our boat out from our mooring, Fixed it and brought it back. Not many companies I know do that. They are AMAZING, FANTASTIC, AWESOME, And FAIR PRICED. If you have been around boats all your life, you know that repairs take time. It's not like going to a car dealership with 25 guys on staff to cater to your every need. When you find a Marine Mechanic that does great work, you hold on tight to them and treat them like GOLD. If your boat is your baby then treat the man taking care of your baby WELL. If you are a RUDE A**HOLE then please expect the same treatment in return. The guy ranting in the review below seems to be one of those guys. DEMANDING service but not being extremely clear of what he wants. You are a grown individual. You have the choice to go somewhere else if the mechanic will not give you an estimate or put things in writing for you. Verbal requests without written confirmation? That's on you!! He seems to purchase aftermarket Crap and then blames the mechanic when the boat runs poorly. We all know that if you buy CRAPPY parts to save money then you run the risk of your baby running CRAPPY. Don't expect any type of warrantee for aftermarket parts. That's only common sense. Your boat is a LUXURY item so expect to pay a FAIR price to maintain and fix it. If you pull your boat out late in the season, then you run the risk of temperatures dipping below freezing before the mechanic can get to your project. Then in the middle of a Pandemic this guy DEMANDS service AGIAIN. Honestly, where does this guy get off treating others this way? We arrived and soon had issues. The good points first. nice boat well kept, staff was corteous. Wine eventually was from my friends viewpoint eventually very good selection. the issues 1- no enough seats. painfully apparent, seems they oversold the seating. 2- food- was described a a good selection.. honestly if you werent on the food within the first 5 minutes of it being served on the table you were fighting over scraps 3- wine tasting. Not sure what the strategy was. they had about 3 "servers" for about 140 is h people? the 2 tables next to the wine table were getting served hand and foot it seemed w/o getting up but our table was last and the servers never made it down to us until the last half hour of the cruise there was a line for getting samples but it was very deep and slow with only 1 server. very slow people were very frustrated. the staff would leave at times leaving no one there so that people would actually start serving themselves. it seemed the only way to get wine samples was if you cut the line and poured them yourself. I had to stand in line for 15 minutes to get 2 wine samples then head straight back in line to get another 2 samples and/or food several times.. not a lot of fun. I also expected a little more from the boat. The "outside decks" were very small maybe fit about 8 people at a time out there. speaking to a server at the end who finally in their kind ness gave us some wine tasting at our table stated he wasnt sure of the lay out and was never given any direction on the startegy to serve all the people. he did however allow us to tast soem very nice high end wines which my friends enjoyed but honestly after 90 minutes of dealing with the giant mix up of serving and people craziness.. i wasnt having any of it . I would not recommend this by any means.. unless the amount of people was halfed or the servers were tripled and there multiple stations s jus t1 for wine sampling

Boston Harbour was an amazing view and Hestia was a beautiful sailboat. Ensign was the cutest dog I've ever met. She's so quiet and friendly and she walked around on the boat just like a veteran sailor. It was fun to help pull up the sails and we learned a lot nautical terms -- lines (I used to call them "ropes" lol), port and starboard, the colors of the navigation lights (i.e. red on port/left side and green on starboard/right side) -- as well as some fun facts and histories about Boston Harbour and the islands. Capt. Todd seems to be a quiet type of person -- he's not like those typical tourist guides who keep talking and talking and talking (and trying to sell you stuff all the time) -- the entire tour was very relaxing and pleasant. But if you ask him questions about sailing, you'd realize that he is really knowledgeable and has some good stories to share (... oh definitely ask him if Ensign has ever fallen into the ocean!) The dock is at the back of Sargent's Wharf parking lot (which is full most of the time and is about $14 for two hours). It's 10-12 min walk (with great views) from Blue Line Aquarium T Station, so I'd suggest people take the T rather than drive -- it's insanely difficult (and expensive) to find a place to park in North End! And F* off Yelp!

Todd the day of the proposed ride, teling us he was going to be late picking us up at the appointed dock. Funny how they can reach you for that, but not to hep you change your reservations.

I can, however, review their customer service. It's awful. I called them in March about looking at a hole in my boat's deck: a good job, at least a few thousand dollars. It was weeks before they even bothered to go out and look, and they haven't come back with an estimate yet. They promised me they'd get me an estimate many times, and they haven't done a thing. Most telling: in one conversation about the estimate, Ritchie Doyle told me the bent toe-rail wasn't replaceable. I don't think he'd looked very hard, since an exact match is available from a company in Canada, I emailed him sourcing information on that. If you hire these guys, good luck. Try phoning them every day or something?
