The Marina is well kept and has a lot to offer such as extra large public dock area, free parking, close to walking trails, extra safe security with locking gates for boat owners and much more. For people who rent dock space here, electric and water is available. Spaces vary in size and determine where your boat is located, starting with small 8 - 12 foot dingy's docked almost on the land in 3 feet of water to the deep water spots where we kept our 48 foot Ta Chiao. On a different note, this is a great place to come, sit and watch the sun set. There are amazing views from the main dock, you will not be disappointed. Bring a picnic or a bottle of wine and relax under the gazebo and take in a beautiful sunset with the sailboats as part of the backdrop. Seaport also has a large condominium complex and a couple businesses. The only thing it is missing is a spot for food or convenience items. Remember to stop prior to arriving.
