Maybe they do good work; hard to say. I've waited over two months for an estimate.
I really wish I could review their fiberglass work, but I can't. I can, however, review their customer service. It's awful.
I called them in March about looking at a hole in my boat's deck: a good job, at least a few thousand dollars. It was weeks before they even bothered to go out and look, and they haven't come back with an estimate yet. They promised me they'd get me an estimate many times, and they haven't done a thing.
Most telling: in one conversation about the estimate, Ritchie Doyle told me the bent toe-rail wasn't replaceable. I don't think he'd looked very hard, since an exact match is available from a company in Canada, I emailed him sourcing information on that.
