Perfect for my elderly family members birthday. Imagine my surprise when a large group of intoxicated people showed up and ruined the entire experience for everyone on board. They continued to drink throughout the tour making it even more intolerable. At one point two of the drunk men stumbled over to where I was sitting for a "better view." They got so close that I was pinned against the boat and one of their friends had to intervene. The captain however, did not intervene. I observed him being tipped by this group which gave him incentive to turn a blind eye to their behavior. I wanted to address all of this at the time but did not want to make a scene in front of my family. Furthermore, I would've had to complain to the captain right in front of the drunk people which would leave me open to retaliation. I did reach out to the company the next day via email and outlined everything that took place. I received an email back a few days later from the captain denying that anything happened. No apology, no compensation of any kind. He had total disregard for the safety of everyone else on board who had their experience ruined. One last note to put things in perspective. I work at a night club. I deal with intoxicated people all the time and have a high tolerance. This behavior was unacceptable and unreasonable, especially since all of their advertising leads you to believe this will be a peaceful experience.

I'm naturally afraid of heights but it was like a video game looking down on the Lego-sized buildings and cars. About 25 minutes up in the air, I was given the reigns and full control for about 7 and learned that flying straight by maintaining a constant altitude using the horizon wasn't that hard at all. Go on a decent day for a picture perfect view as you fly over Gillette Statium and back again. They'll take the doors off the helicopter on hot days, so you'll get a very nice breeze, otherwise green house effect and you will cook like a piece of steak. If it's 85 degrees on the ground, it will feel 15-20 degrees cooler up in the air...which I hadn't expected since I'm technically closer to the sun...

If I could leave a no star review, I would. I booked a charter van for my wedding party…read moretransportation in May 2026. This bus company was the one that was contracted to transport us. The pickup at the hotel was about ten minutes late. Far from ideal when we had a strict pickup time to make sure we were on time to get to the venue for photos, set-up, etc. The bus was technically on-site, yes. But it was parked in the rear of the building where I nor anyone else would have seen. I did not receive a phone call or alert prior to departure time that the bus was there. It did not appear until I received a phone number through the charter company. The bus driver was rather rude and then finally pulled to the front. When the driver finally arrived and proceeded to take the most questionable route to the venue. I had my Waze on my phone and instead of the trip taking 25 minutes, we ended up taking closer to 45 minutes. That's now about 30 minutes off our anticipated schedule. No idea why the driver chose to take all back roads after getting on and then quickly off the highway when we could've take the majority of the trip on the highway. The return was the same way. It was late so we didn't hit as many red lights and traffic from the venue to the hotel, but still didn't get on the highway to save time and instead took back roads and then part of the highway to return. About 35 minutes instead of 20-25 minutes. Our drop-off was set for 11:30pm and our pickup was for 11pm. Again, if I could write a zero star review, I would, but everyone please use this as a word of caution.

Four of us arrived, filled out a simple waiver, and got our life vests and paddles. After not so gracefully plopping into the kayaks, we were on our way. Once we got the hang of it, we were on our way to the closest island. We were hoping to get to Spectacle, (insert snicker here) but I think we would have passed out first, so we made it to land (I think it was Thompson, which may or may not have had No Tresspassing signs on it. Eh, We weren't exploring, just resting up with a nice picnic lunch. I can't wait to go back, after my aching arm muscles stop killing me!~ Next time I might wrapy my thumbs with tape to see if it will prevent the blisters I got.... She was even able to accommodate special requests such as needing exit rows (my husband is very tall and needs the legroom for a long flight). As someone who had never used a travel agent before and always thought it may be cost prohibitive, I was wrong! Lorraine was able to keep us under budget so that we had extra money to do little excursion tours to the Roman Forum, the Vatican, and Pompeii (all bucket list places for me!). She also was able to advise when tours weren't really necessary - our trip to Capri was a good example - we were able to easily tour the island ourselves and take a ferry. Above all, she made it so easy - presenting options clearly and booking everything quickly. The itinerary she gave us to follow was top-notch and had all necessary contact info on it. Then we were just exploring the trail, not much to do. Walked in there for around 30-40 minutes, clicked some nice pictures, saw geese, robin, butterflies, insects etc. If you go on a rainy day, expect your shoes to get dirty with the mud. We saw few boats parked while walking by the loop. Make sure you have your bug repellent with you.
