This is a really nice local business. They have everything you might need for your boat. They do…read morerepairs here too. They also have a nice selection of fishing gear and equipment. They carry clothing and foul weather gear, along with life jackets too. That's all upstairs. This week, I needed Yamaha Ring Free for my motor. They had and it was cheaper than the best price on Amazon - $22.50 vs. $25.49. Shop local.

Not even worth the one star. Most disappointing and frustrating experience - you would think…read moreyou'll get better, honest customer service when you're spending so much money on such a huge purchase. We anticipated on receiving the boat for over 4 month since attending the New England Boat Show back in February. My dad was so excited for the fishing season. We showed up to pick up our boat and shocked it was missing the essential necessities we specifically requested and agreed upon at the show. The owner, Wally, was insultingly dishonest and didn't own up to the fact he messed up our work order. He basically didn't process the work order correctly and built the wrong boat. Can't believe he was just going to deliver the incorrect boat to us! He told us he could easily sell this boat to another customer if we don't want it (at full price probably) because he didn't want to honor the discount we agreed to at the show. He accused us of never ordering the t-top cover and any of the color request we wanted - classic bait and switch. If you're considering purchasing a boat from them, i would HIGHLY recommend you to think again. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, disrespect and time. There's so many other options out there. I hope they don't bother attending next year's boat show since they can't deliver the correct final product.

Boat Butler - Beautiful Ceramic job!

I just had the team at boat butler do a full detail and ceramic coating on my Pursuit. I have to…read moresay that I am thoroughly impressed. The coat came out like glass. Repels water beautifully. Would have no problem recommending them and using them again in the future. I saw the 1 review from 4 years ago. It looks like they have really made significant improvements! I just had 5 star service. Seth and the team were VERY meticulous.

If you are considering Boat Butler for boat winterization needs on Cape Cod this year I strongly…read morerecommend against it. I gave Connor Thomas and his team 2 seasons in row to get things right and he disappointed me even worse the second year. Whatever work he quotes; you can expect to pay 35% more when he's done with you. Little things like quoting labor for engine winterization, but not the parts, lifting the boat off the trailer in addition to the price per foot to do the bottom. How can you paint the bottom properly without doing this? (lifting the boat) Shop supplies and hazardous waste "addons" that are all BS. His cost for adding antifreeze to the water tank that I had told him I already treated once were ridiculous. When he would not answer the phone or my texts for weeks at a time after having my Hydra-sports for 3+ months for winterizing; I had the Mashpee Police drive by his location and inquire as to whether my boat was still there. Ironically, the boat was back in my driveway in E. Dennis the next day. A bent fender on my 2 year old trailer and dings in my motor cover and hull were "not from him". Right! Of course he parked the boat on the opposite side of my driveway in front of my SUV so I couldn't get out, but an honest mistake I'm sure after picking it up delivering back from the other side of the driveway 2 years in a row. Final straw was leaves in the interior of the boat, latex gloves and used rags in the motor well and a broken Shakespeare VHF antenna after I uncovered the shrink wrap job in early May this year. the shrink wrap job itself was actually respectable. Connor made some noises about repairing/replacing the antenna, but it was all talk and more talk from some other person in his organization he pointed me to who gave me an email full of double speak about it and how they did nothing wrong. Unfortunate as I was hoping Boat Butler would be my organization of choice each off season here on the Cape. We can all do better somewhere else. John Tronti Captain USN-RET Marine Engineer

My father was boating alone on the North river last week, not in a rental boat but his own. He had…read moreanchored up and was fishing. It started raining, so he decided to leave, but could not get his motor started. He ended up pulling anchor and letting the current take him up the river trying to spot somebody to help him. He tried blowing his air horn a few times, but nobody heard or responded and it finally ran out of air. He drifted for quite a while, more than an hour, in heavy rain. When he finally drifted past Mary's he dropped the anchor and began waving his rain coat in the air to get somebody' attention. Somebody from Mary's took a skiff out to him and towed him all the way back to the boat launch on the South river. I am beyond grateful for the way they took care of him. He is in his 70's now, a former Navy guy, and somebody that always knew how to handle himself on the water. When they brought him back, he was cold and tired. I am so glad that the nice people there helped him out. He could have ended up with hypothermia very easily that day. On a side note, my dad and I used to rent boats from Mary's way back in the early 80's...they have been there a very long time and their rates are very reasonable. What impresses me most is how they treat people. They helped my dad out a lot. So much, that I decided I just had to write this review. Whoever it was that helped my Dad, Thank You!

Loved the new sail awning they put up a this summer. Made lunch much more enjoyable on a hot sunny day! Toddlers had a blast watching the boats coming in and out and the local teens jumping off of the bridge and it didn't matter when they spilled all over the floor. Bar is hidden to the left of the food station but keep looking til you find it. Bloody Mary was great and all other drinks were good too.
