Our server was very nice and helpful with the menu. The food took a really long time to come out for there hardly being any people in there. Food was good but again, nothing crazy. When we were there these kids on their bikes having fun, NOT on there property, one of the kids fell and the owner starting screaming, cursing, and threatening them. If I could put less than a one star I would.

They're fried, tossed in sauce, then finished on the grill to caramelize the flavor. This time I had the Hot Garlic and Cajun. Fresh, crispy, and the seasoning really makes these fries. Houligan's has a great sports bar vibe and is the perfect spot to grab a cold one and some solid food. Definitely worth stopping in if you're nearby.

Recently, we traveled through Canada on a 12 day trip. We had lobster rolls in five different places. I saw lobster roll on the menu McKenna's has been real good for seafood and they actually do a Veterans Day special. It's a 2 for 1 lobster. It's lobster from Maine. I saw lobster roll on the menu and thought let's try this out. of course I was gonna be comparing it to what we had in Canada. Much to my surprise it was delicious and I would actually rate it better than what we had in Canada. it is now gonna be my McKenna's favorite. The food was great and the service was wonderful. Lily was our waitress and she did a great job fast efficient and always made sure we had what we needed. i'll be waiting for the next time, I can get to McKenna's to have a lobster roll. Hopefully we'll have Lily as our waitress again.

We've been here twice now so I can confidently say it's consistently good!…read more Both visits we got the wings which come out nice and crispy - the sauces are pretty standard and their hottest doesn't even turn my head, but the goon sauce is very flavorful so it's still a solid wing option. They do a good burger, charred just right and will actually cook medium rare if you order it! The Caesar was slightly over dressed but the blackened mahi I got on top was cooked expertly and not too salty. The clam chowder is well balanced I like a lot of places where it's so thick your spoon stands up or the broth is nothing but thickened milk with no flavor. Potato chunks were a big big but clams were there so I was happy. We've gone early lunchtime on weekends both times and it's been fairly quiet with very attentive servers. The decor is nautical but clean and not cheesy and the tables and booths are comfortable.

The manager opened the door for me as I was leaving and thanked me for coming. Awesome dining experience all around! My wife and I walked in around 2:45 pm on a Saturday. The place was not really busy. We were…read moregreeted professionally and immediately seated (but were not asked where we preferred to sit). We waited about 5 minutes after being given menus before a "server" came over. This man seemed to think we were there for entertainment. Everything that came out of his mouth was loud and somewhat irritating. He wouldn't stop with the poor humor and refused it seemed to just act professionally. Placing our order was uncomfortable. We ordered a burger and salad for my wife and 12 wings for myself. When ordering, the server kept saying "AND" after we would state what we wanted. He was trying to push us to order more? He continued to a point that we almost got up and walked out. What he failed to realize was that we were out for a simple and quiet late afternoon meal, not a Gong Show audition by him. Almost 35 minutes passed. Yes, 35 minutes. The server stopped by and believe it or not, grabbed the table side ordering device and had to check to see if HE actually put in the order. He left and returned about 5 minutes later with the order. The wings were inedible. The first thing I noticed is they were dried out. Not even warm on the outside yet somewhat steamy on the inside. The sauce was dried out on most of them. And then came the taste test. Have you ever eaten wings that were old? The wings were so salty I almost spit them out. I held back due to being in a public area. The worst. Salt beyond understanding. I tried a second and the same thing. I had my wife try part of another and she gagged. My wife's burger was tasteless. It fell apart, all 1/4 inch thickness. Nothing better than a low end Walmart frozen patty. When I attempted to get the server to raise the issue, he was too busy socializing and cracking jokes with a table a few feet away. He and another server were telling all sorts of stories with people at the table. It took us around 7 minutes to finally flag down a bus boy to go get his attention. When the server came over, he addressed me initially as though I was making a mistake, almost questioning my concern. He asked to replace the wings and I said no. What was served was awful. The items weren't prepared with the wrong sauce or undercooked, these were "off". It took the server over 10 more minutes to remove the item from our bill. As we were moving out of the booth to leave, the manager came over and couldn't care any less. She made a non-serious gesture by asking if there was something she could order for us, AS WE WERE LEAVING. She demonstrated no concern, no apology, no empathy etc. She never came over to even ask for our input from the original issue. She didn't care, plain and simple. She dismissed us as though she was wasting her time even talking to us. I have a gift card balance of around $14 that will forever go unspent. I'm not sure what happened to this place but it's a complete mess when it comes to food and professionaiism.
