So the food is okay it is a bar after all. The ambience is like every bar its kinda dirty but they have nice tv's and stuff. The service was the worst service I have ever seen. When we were there these kids on their bikes having fun, NOT on there property, one of the kids fell and the owner starting screaming, cursing, and threatening them. It might of been the worst experience ever. The owner should NOT own a sports bar with the temper of a toddler. I am extremely disgusted, disappointed, and angry. I really used to enjoy going to Mulligan's. Now they have new owners and the menu is very small and there's not much of a variety anymore.

A really great casual vibe in a handsome restaurant/bar. I had today's special which was Snapper Piccata over linguine, prepared by an excellent chef. Also had a terrific IPA. Friendly staff that make you feel so welcome. A hidden gem in Port Orange that deserves to be more popular! read more

Had to walk out.....twice! So I saw when they opened this place they had a huge grand opening that I was sorry I missed cause my very good friend was playing there. Nonetheless, I was excited for this place to open and kept trying to get there. First time I tried was for a lunch around 2pm on a weekday had friends meeting me there, and only to be greeted by somebody that was inside that they were closed and didn't open till later on the weekdays? No problem that one really doesn't count. The second time I made sure it was open before I drove all the way there and I walked in and I'm standing there place is not crowded at all two ladies behind the bar act like I'm not even there and I'm not getting seated or anything so I walk out. My friends were on the way so I called them and said the vibe isn't good here they don't even wanna seat me, but because they were almost there I said screw it let me try it again. I went back in. I guess they saw I've been standing there before like 5 minutes ago and I got seated with a menu. I looked at the menu, now I've been at Mulligan's before in South Florida and it has a pretty decent menu large variety. This menu had like five things I was like is this the whole menu she goes yes this is it. Server had absolutely no personality. She laid our menu down and was ready to walk away when we placed their drink order. The menu had a very small selection and frankly nothing new or innovative. Drinks were delivered and she walked away. We decided to leave at that point. Had to wait for our bill of course. The restaurant menu was not like the website. It used ti be very good. Things have really changed. The beer has gotten really expensive. Now, french fries, tator tots and more are now premium sides and they are charging $1.99 extra for it. Regular sides have now become burned homemade chips and they are horrible. Salads are very nice, but their famous italian dressing have become oil and vinegar. The shrimps are flat and tasteless, probably frozen more than once. They also charge you extra for using credit cards. We're never going back. read more

Place has gone down hill over the years. My husband and I have been going here since they were at the Publix plaza across the street. Took my 11 year old there this past weekend. She ordered the potato skins and ate two of them. Says they were too burnt. I got the 6 piece lunch wings with Garlic-parm sauce. Absolutely disgusting!! I asked the waitress for a different sauce to dip them in because they were so overcooked and dry. I told her this and you'd think maybe she would have asked me if she could have the cooks remake them but nope. She never asked. Im just not one to point out to a server my food is bad. Too afraid what they will do it in the back. Plus they charge one price if you use a credit card and one price if you pay cash. Wth??? I'm over this place. read more

the new owners don't know what their doing used to go their all the time the salads were awesome now their small and very disappointing ordered a drink and they must have waved the bottle of liquor over the glass all I had was club soda. When the ranch dressing is crap (they are now using Craft dressing) you pretty much know everything else will be also. We used to love eating at Mulligans. Not anymore. I started with an order of water and clam chowder. The chowder was really good and I enjoyed it quite a bit but my complaint comes with my order of Nachos. I am not exaggerating when I say hands down that was the worst order of Nachos Ive ever ordered. There was almost no queso and the little queso there was was cold. They topped it off with cold shedded cheese. If I wanted better Nachos I could have had my friend joel make me a better plate of nachos with what we had in the fridge at home. Been going here for years but the service has been going down hill and it's finally at the bottom. Hidden up charges are finally the last straw. Ordered the Captain Platter, states it comes with Soup or Salad plus 1 side. Got the French Onion soup and fries and was upcharged a $1.99. Waitress said it's not on the menu but it costs more to make so they charge more. Refused to deal with it, very unprofessional, which is about all they have now. Came here on a Friday night with family. Ordered a few dishes, 2/4 were an issue unfortunately. Boneless wings with three different sauces, all of the sauces tasted off. The sweet and spicy sauce they advertise is just Frank's sweet and spicy, the garlic parm tasted spoiled, the hot sauce was a strange Tobasco. This used to be a two week favorite of mine.Onion Soup and a salad.I ordered onion soup and it was all Croutons and very little soup.The next time I went in I ordered a salad and onion soup no croutons it was great. Today I went in and ordered salad and onion soup and was told it was no longer on the menu and the people at the next table were told the same. They Changed the menu and its terrible and off went the onion soup. We where very excited to Karaoke, but we felt discriminated since we weren't regulars. We were skipped over, and as a table if 7 we got one song, while every other table full of regulars got a song each. Our young children became very sleepy and wanted to do 1 more song as a table but we were told that person who ran karaoke said that the regulars would be very upset if he were to make an exception and break the rotation rules. We asked all the others there if they wouldn't mind letter our 4&8 year olds sing one last song & they were completely fine with it, however the karaoke runner was not trying to satisfy us non-regulars. We have been coming here for years, almost every week for trivia fun but recently I visited this restaurant and noticed a patron who brought in two dogs. I asked the server and she said that it was the owner. I then noticed the owner bringing his dogs behind the bar and into the kitchen. I immediately handed my check to the server and told her that the owner can pay for my bill because I refuse to cater to restaurants that allow this. In hind sight, I should have paid for my meal. That was a bad decision on my part. I was told not to return but that's okay. I'm not going back to a place that allows animals (not service animals) not only into the restaurant, but into the cooking area, kitchen. If I'm not mistaken, the FDA does not allow animals (other than service animals) in indoor restaurants. read more
