Randy and Wanda did an amazing job cleaning our windows, screens, fans, and skylights. They were here on time, finished the work in the time they'd estimated, and were very easy to work with. Our windows are clean and sparkling; they also cleaned the tracks and made the windows slide better than they have for years. I can see clearly now! read more

Did a great job on our windows and screens. DI water rinse kept walking on the wood shake roof to a minimum and left the windows sparkling clean. Would highly recommend. Bill H., MV. read more

I was surprised when Randy responded to my yelp message to him within minutes on a Sunday morning. A lot of companies don't respond at all. I had a very small job that needed to get done and a lot of companies won't even do it because they don't think it is worth their time. Randy is a really nice guy and did a great job fixing the screen door on my fifth wheel. A while back my husky tore it up. She's okay now. Price was very good, too. I wish he and his wife the best. read more

Our screens were 11 years old. One was totally torn, most were damaged by kitty claws, and others were damaged when a removed tree was dragged out through our side yard (three bedrooms' worth of windows face that side). Randy and Wanda replaced all our crappy screens with new ones! I'm very happy that we didn't bother with interviewing lots of companies before making our choice. Usually we would, but in this case, we called the best first (according to the reviews) and got the best. We were short on time and didn't feel like meeting a bunch of strangers of dubious quality. We're only interested in dealing with really nice people. If you call Randy and Wanda first, it can save you a lot of time and hassle! They're awesome! The new screens are beautiful and our cats have not been able to damage them. They do have their nails trimmed every two weeks, but still, they were able to inflict plenty of damage on the basic (read: crappy) metal screens that came with our windows. Prior to having these, we wouldn't have know the difference in quality; screens were screens. Now, we're spoiled and wouldn't ever want to go back to the crappy kind, even if we lived a catless life (which isn't going to happen). It's a real pleasure to look out our screens at the birds playing in the birdbath without being distracted by icky holes and tears. They also are beautiful for their own sake, if you're a show-off like me. You'd be amazed at the difference new screens make! So, if you have pets or are saving up to have them someday, or even if you don't/aren't but just want new screens, this is your first choice. The price is reasonable and the people are very nice! I'd also suggest calling them for new screens if you're going to list your house; they really look gorgeous! I know homes around here sell regardless but this is a small investment for a big result. Randy and Wanda have been cleaning the windows in my home for several years now. They always arrive promptly and do a great job. I also have them come once a year to clean the gutters. They are extremely pleasant and I look forward to seeing them, and know everything will be done well. read more

Wanda & Randy did a fantastic job with our windows, screens, skylight and solar panels! Plus, they did the little windows in our garage door! Pleasant and friendly, they were a joy to have around. And, they were so efficient! All that work and in only 2 and a half hours!! We plan to have them back to take care of the gutters in the fall. This was the first time I had hired out to have this type of work done on my home, but they know what they are doing! My home sparkles now!!! I would never have been able to get these results on my own in that amount of time. I highly recommend Pioneer Services!!! read more

Randy and Wanda just left and I almost feel silly at how happy I am with my sparkling clean windows. Randy spent extra time on a back bedroom window that had heavy water deposits from a misdirected sprinkler. Wow! What a difference! The window looks almost new and he even put some kind of coating on it that makes water bead up and fall off it. (He did say this won't last and we will be adjusting our sprinkler to keep it off the window after this.) Anyway, I can't recommend Randy and Wanda highly enough. They are prompt, courteous, trustworthy (they do clean the inside of the windows, too) and very reasonably priced. I don't know about you, but I just can't seem to get my windows all clean at once on my own and I am on the short side, so it is a big job to get to the top of my windows. You won't ever want to go back to cleaning your own windows after you hire them! read more

Randy and Wanda always do a fantastic job. We've used their services for windows and solar three times now. Windows look better than new!

Randy Mills was recommended to us by a neighbor. His services are window, skylight and gutter cleaning, and screen frames and repairs. He cleaned our gutters and installed downspout screens to prevent downspout clogging. Very professional and courteous. read more

Excellent service! Randy and his wife are polite, courteous -- and especially -- damn good! Funny how these qualities are so rare these days... We HIGHLY recommend them! read more

Randy and Wanda re-screened all my screens with pet screening since I have a cat that loves to try to break out. Pet screening is 7.5 x stronger than regular screening. I was very pleased with the professional service and pricing. Much lower than other quotes I received from other businesses. read more

Solid and well-priced family-owned service business. Randy and Wanda came out to do a full-building window cleaning job and were on time, efficient, and very professional. Good communication, too, with scheduling, quoting, and an explanation of how they work. I would definitely use their services again! read more

Windows and Gutter cleaning was great. However the owners attitude was terrible and insultingly rude.

Pioneer Services, did my windows. What a great job they did. They were fast and efficient. They did such a great job even on my upstairs windows that were hard to get to. I highly recommend them!!!! read more

I found Randy through Yelp when I was looking for gutter cleaning services and gutter guard installation. He does the work himself, which is always a nice personal touch. Will definitely call on him for other services in the future. read more

This is a follow up review. After being a customer for solar panel cleaning ,gutter and window cleaning for 8 years, Randy told me during my last solar panel cleaning that they had decided not to serve me any more. There were no explanation why they dropped me and I am quite surprised. I always paid on time and at home when they do their work. Now I had to find another company to clean my panels. read more

If your looking for some great, professional, outstanding service for window cleaning and screen replacements look no further. Randy and Wanda not only did an outstanding job they also had some great advice and tips for me. We're still thinking of screen options which they can do. I will not hesitate to call them again and maybe even get them done more often than years gone by. Very nice people... Trustworthy too. If they can even put up with my new dog "Muffy" who is in training, then I give them a thumbs up... Very patient... I love the view even better when the windows are sparkling clean. I'll be passing out those great business cards too. Kim T. in San Mateo. read more

I have used Pioneer Services for window cleaning for years. Randy arrives on time, removes and cleans screens, washes windows inside and out, and replaces the dry screens. We have some very high windows in several locations, which have been a challenge for some window washers, but Randy's method makes them turn out crystal clean every time. Jeannine O. read more

Randy and Wanda (husband and wife team) did an amazing job cleaning our windows, doors and skylights. It's funny how much happiness clean windows can bring you =). This is the first time I've used a window cleaning service, I stumbled across this company when I was picking up my food from a co-op that I use and he was doing the windows. Not only did the windows look amazing, he was very polite and told me to be careful because his cord was still in the front of the house. I took a picture of his van, looked him up on yelp and called to schedule the work. I will definitely use this service again, highly recommend! read more

Because of health reasons, I have not been able to get our windows cleaned for many, many years. Long story. BUT, when I finally researched out a good place, I was sure I was in good hands after my call with Randy - who responded immediately to my email. He was so polite and knowledgeable. He was also sensitive to my health needs and had several options for which window washing solution to use inside the house. We feel like we moved into a new house in a fairytale where everything is glimmering and clear and beautiful. And as others have mentioned, Randy and Wanda, a husband wife team, make a very good team indeed. They are careful and kind and highly skilled. THANK YOU!!! read more

I've been using Pioneer Services for over 5 years for gutter cleaning. Randy and Wanda are the best! They are on time, professional, and very pleasant people. We use to clean our own gutters, but it's such a awful chore we'd put it off and then it would rain making the whole thing worse. Now, we get an email to schedule an appointment and Randy and Wanda take care of everything. They are fast and everything is clean and tidy when they leave. read more

Pioneer was recommended to us by a friend. Randy provided a reasonable quote, delivered on that quote. He was professional, prompt, courteous and made sound suggestions on some home maintenance. We have odd shaped windows, many two story. The windows look great. We have small dogs and he was mindful of their requirements as well. We will definitely use Pioneer again. read more

Randy and his wife, Wanda are a great team! He does the outside, and she does the inside. I didn't realize how dirty my windows were until they worked their magic.
