Buying a car is usually stressful, but Casey turned it into one of the smoothest and most enjoyable experiences I've ever had. From the very beginning, Casey treated me with the kind of honesty, kindness, and respect that's almost impossible to find in this industry. He was not only upfront and transparent about everything, but also went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and confident at every step. His genuine character and brutally honest approach made me feel like I was working with a trusted friend rather than a salesperson. Casey didn't just help me find the right vehicle--he worked tirelessly to secure me the lowest possible auto loan rate, and for that I'm beyond grateful. I truly appreciate the time, patience, and effort he put into making sure I was taken care of. He made me feel valued, respected, and looked after, which means the world to me. Casey, thank you again for being so extraordinary. You've earned a lifelong customer, and I will be recommending you to everyone I know. To anyone reading this: 2000% without hesitation--go to Roberts Auto Sales and ask for Casey. You'll be treated with honesty, respect, and gratitude every step of the way.

I'm a worrier and Casey was patient with me in addressing my concerns. That alone shows their commitment to customer satisfaction! I greatly appreciate finding a car that suits me and my needs here and recommend this to anyone who needs a used car. Sometimes the communication can be a little lacking though, which can be frustrating. Also the prices, they can't be beat for the quality of cars they have compared to a traditional dealership.

I'm toward the end of the Volkswagen "Clean Diesel" emissions control mess and I'm going to need a…read morereplacement. Since these two lots supposedly belong to the same people as the Volkswagen dealer, it will be convenient to return the car to the VW dealer and shop the two lots. I spent some time at the lot next to the VW/Hyundai dealer and no one came to see me. That's odd. I've been to car lots where I would only be halfway out of my car and someone would be there to greet me. In any case, prices are clearly marked. Some of the cars are previous rentals, so they should have had all scheduled maintenance. They list which cars were rentals on the web site but not on the price listing. The other lot, next to the Nissan and Dodge dealers is somewhat mixed with the new vehicles and it's a bit confusing what is used (excuse me, pre-owned) and what is new. On a previous visit, a salesperson was quite helpful. This time, a salesperson stared a me, as if to figure out whether I had money or not, and then, went about his business without a word to me. I really don't want to buy a car now, but the mess is forcing this. If the sales people don't want to bother, what incentive do I have to shop there?

This dealer did not have a ton of inventory, but in our case, that made purchasing a quality vehicle SO simple because all of the cars were honestly GREAT choices for what we were looking for. The owner was very helpful and low pressure; this was such a refreshing contrast from what we would normally find on a used car lot. Our car has a salvaged title but the owner was very transparent about the vehicle history and offered that info unsolicited. If I'm not mistaken, most (if not all) of the cars are salvaged due to theft recovery - not due to body damage. We felt comfortable and in control of the entire buying process. We received our plates and tags within 1 week of purchasing our vehicle. Easy peasy! We will absolutely return to Blessed Auto Sales and will continue to refer our friends as well.

I spent 5k in repairs and they just acted like they have no idea what is going on. They knew they sold me a bad car, but it's their attitude afterwards that bothered me. They could have worked with me a little but the woman there was rude as heck, Victor hung up on me because I warned him that I was about to leave a bad review. honestly that was nice of me to give a final warning because reviews make a big difference. Do not buy a car from these people, I beg you. Sure, my civic will be nice eventually when I fix it and all, but they could have been a little more honest and had better attitudes and made more money in the long run. instead they just avoided me, told me I don't know how to drive, mentioned personal details that my grandmother mentioned like my having to do jailtime on a probation violation when I put them on the spot, and honestly I even apologized when I was mildly assertive with the woman. I can't stand these people and am ready to get my title and keys and be done with them. A dealer nearby in the area mentioned they do bad business, are weasels, and hated in the community. every time I call or talk to them I have a bad experience. they sold me a bad car, knowing I was in a tough spot in life and needed something reliable. I asked him and said "man to man, is this car reliable?" and as a boy, he said "yes." if you want to do business with men, do not go to this dealership. -Matt Lumpkins ps this is not about race related stuff. it's about bad business and bad attitudes with lies and morally gross lies that coulda been avoided. even the review couof have been avoided but he hung up on me for no reason. it's easy to be reasonable. to be a stand up guy. no need to dog claws in when you could have recommended another civic and said "this one doesn't have a working AC and has damage/electronics malfunction" but had rather be jerks so DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO KEEP A BROKEN CAR or be frustrated and raged out.
