This location is different than the other ones due to the location. It has tv monitors where you can see the teller behind the screen, at the same time you are talking to them on a telephone. Thats pretty interesting. Ive never seen that before. But only reason for this is because of the location and that fact of the crime that happens in that area. Its a very small bank. But it is located by the mall which can become handy if you are ever heading to the mall and need quick cash for whatever reason instead of pulling from the atms in the mall. Its always busy and not all tellers station is open. So sometimes you have to wait a long time. Overall I really didnt have any bad experiences with this bank other than the wait time.

I've gone before a couple years ago maybe two years ago my card wasn't working. I think the chip there was something wrong with it so the one that helped me, her name was MacKenzie Babbitt I felt like she was blaming me. The fact that my chip wasn't working she said she was gonna have to ask her boss if I can get a new card without them charging me which I thought was ridiculous considering the fact that the chip wasn't working was not my fault and I didn't understand why they couldn't just re-replace it anyways I don't know if she tried to scare me or what it was, but she came back saying that it was fine that they'll just give it to me for this one time anyways a couple years go by and I go about a week ago because my grandma passed away considering I was her caregiver on my income was going into Valley First and then obviously after she passed away I didn't have any more income anymore so they closed my card. Long story short I got McKenzie again again I felt blamed. I felt embarrassed. I felt like she judged me and she was so negative telling me that I would have to open up a whole new account if they even let me open it up I ended up leaving and told her I would go the next morning, but I ended up going to the Valley First downtown and I was helped by such an incredible person. I told her about my experience with McKenzie. She said she was absolutely so sorry about everything and that they should never make us feel that way because they're there to help us she helped me. She helped my mom she was so so different than MacKenzie MacKenzie should not be working in customer service maybe she needs to be trained, but I don't see how someone can be trained to be a nicer human being.

I went to Valley First on J Street 6 months ago to access my safe deposit box. After many attempts,…read morethe keys did not work. I was told that the manager was the only one who could help me and that she would call me the next day, even though it was early in the day. There was no urgency on their part and no apparent backup for this critical function. I had been through this before when a box that had been brought in did not function and needed to be drilled. Service has never seemed a priority here, but for a problem with a safe deposit box, Valley First clearly assigns no priority to customers. Of course, I did not hear back and worked around not having access. After 6 months, I called and asked to speak to the manager. She was out again and would maybe call me back in a day. When offered to leave a message for her, I suggested leaving the message for whoever she reports to in hopes that they may be able to help. Three days later and counting, no one at Valley First Credit Union found this problem important enough to give it attention...no access to a safe deposit box. This is not the right place to trust on any level.

I cannot stand in line because of the set up. If a banking institution is going to be non-responsive to its customers? It should not be surprised by people going elsewhere.

The MOCSE system stopped my transaction and I lost these choice seats while dealing with their verification system. If their programmers were so smart, why didn't they detect that these are about the 11th and 12th such buys we have made in the past 12 months? I ended up booking two less desirable seats due to MOCSE's low bandwidth system. But wait, there's more...Shortly after jumping through all of their hoops and calling and speaking to a staff member, i tried to purchase three tickets to a place we are visiting in Scotland in July ($84), and the system wouldn't allow it. Even their staffer helping, me clearing cache, restarting the computer, you name it nothing worked. The vendor's system indicated it was a bank not approving the sale (yes I have no balance and an good credit rating). Neither the CC or the DC would work for either the MOCSE employee or I. To be extra fair, she tried to help as best she could but to no avail. She asked me to call another person, who so far has not returned my call. (I have already spent almost an hour on the phone dealing with this.) But wait, there's more. A few years ago, their system MISSED a fraudulent charge I caught and had to bring to their attention. Hampering my transactions has caused me inconvenience several times before, this is the worst so far. It is time to reduce my banking institutions to my other two. Not worth the frustration, I only opened the account to be supportive of the CU and it was close to where we live. Simply not enough bandwidth for prime time, I recommend a NO on them.

I'm a worrier and Casey was patient with me in addressing my concerns. That alone shows their commitment to customer satisfaction! I greatly appreciate finding a car that suits me and my needs here and recommend this to anyone who needs a used car. Sometimes the communication can be a little lacking though, which can be frustrating. Also the prices, they can't be beat for the quality of cars they have compared to a traditional dealership.

The customer parking was a bit off to the side in a rocky area but I'm guessing it's because they just have a massive amount of cars in their inventory When we talked to some of the staff we quickly were able to test drive a 2019 Subaru Outback that we were looking for which was awesome. They pulled it up for us and gave us a map that showed you where all you go for your test drive. The test drive is really just a giant circle around the block which has varying speed limits so it's a bit short but also just enough to get a feel for the car. I also appreciate that they don't feel the need to sit in the car with you so you can just focus on the test drive. We told them we were interested in the car but there were a weird issue where the window control panel on the driver side only was able to roll up/down the driver window but none of the others. They said they would immediately take It over to get it fixed and did just that. The prices are non-negotiable which we'd read online but the cars they have in their inventory are actually in really great condition. They all had brand new tires, cleaned thoroughly inside and out, and they repair any issues that previous owners didn't want to. They defintiely put time, money, and labor into each of the cars and when you compare across other dealerships, Robert's Auto cars are in better condition. When we were talking through the price they were immediately able to show us what the costs were out-the-door with the exact breakdown of fees which there are no "surprise fees". They only charged for what was required (title/taxes/registration) and THAT IS IT. We told them we'd come back with a cashiers check and did exactly that in 30 mins. We spent maybe an extra 25 mins to sign paper work and by that time the driver side window control panel was fixed and they had prepped/washed/polished the car inside and out which was awesome. In total we spent maybe 2 hours from when we first pulled in, to where we drove off with the car and I really appreciated how transparent and chill the staff was. Cons: My only incredibly minor complaint/observation was that none of the cars that I saw have floor mats. Which is more odd than anything. If I see I car I want there in the future, I would definitely drive the 4 hours back just because I know exactly what I'm going to get. I'd highly recommend their team! We're all human and miss things but the difference is that they're willing to pay out of pocket to get it fixed before you drive off and even give you 5 days to bring it back (I think) and a 30 day dealer warranty. If the car you want has CarPlay then make sure you bring a USB cable Here's a list of things I like to check: Lights: turn signals, hazards, high and low beams, fog lights Interior: speakers (check to make sure none of them are blown out), all seat controls on driver and passenger side. Make sure they can move forward/back/up/down/etc. Check seat heaters, check the AC works, check window wipers/+rear, check that all of the window controls on all of the doors, check the back up camera. When test driving: check the blind spot detection indicators Overall, 10/10 car dealership!
