Absolutely delicious pies. The service was very attentive and quick. Great portions, fantastic quality and such interesting ingredients! I would definitely come back. The restaurant itself is a little small, and it's VERY loud in there. But considering they have Flanigans close by and it was packed - you know they're doing something right.

Meeting some friends for lunch and this place didn't disappoint! Food -- All plates were big enough to share and presented beautifully. I had the pasta carbonara. It was incredibly creamy, the bacon was flavorful and the pasta was cooked to perfection...a perfect pasta dish! My other friends ordered from salads to the chicken parmesan and all of it looked as savory as mine. Ambience -- Very welcoming and impeccably clean. It is not a big location but it was ample enough that no-one in my party felt cramped during our stay. They have a semi-private area that accommodated all 16 of us. Service -- The server was knowledgeable of the menu, accommodating to our needs, and made some incredible suggestions of food and drinks based on what are cravings were. Overall, the service was how it should be -- pleasing, friendly and welcoming! I truly loved this place enough to go back with my family...truly a delicious treat!

This place is absolutely delicious. The Food was amazing and quite reasonably priced. All of the servers were friendly and so efficient! The place has a modern, feel, but the dishes are definitely traditional and authentic. Thursdays they have a ladies night with all the wine you can drink with an entrée and on the 19th of every month you can buy one pizza and for .19 cents a second pizza will be given to a child in need. What an amazing concept !

Can't believe I had never been here! If you're in the mood for Italian food this is a great spot in Pinecrest. The mall's facade is under construction but don't let that dissuade you. The inside is inviting with what appears to be a full service bar at the entrance. There are plenty of tables and some booths towards the back. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Everyone was very happy with their order. Great pizza, penne rósate (pasta with smoked salmon), bruschetta (of course), meatball appetizer with focaccia, traditional lentil soup, and caprese. All was delicious and appeared very fresh. We skipped dessert this time but I'm planning on returning to try their Nutella pizza with some coffee. Yum!

Food service and ambiance so good . The Carpaccio is amazing My favorite was the fresh made profiteroles with vainilla ice cream. Excellent, I am coming back for ladies night.

    Delicious thin crust margherita pizza
    Maria F.

I ordered two margherita pizzas and a half dozen garlic rolls. The pizza was cheesy, thin crust, and just the right amount of sauce. The sauce was very amazing. It was tangy not sweet and the ratio of sauce to bread to cheese was well balanced. Every slice has a piece of fresh basil. The taste is amazing. The crust is crunchy and soft in the middle. The garlic knots are soft, fresh Parmesan cheese and definitely not oily. They have specials that make ordering from here a no brained. Will definitely continue to make this my go to pizza place.

Amazing service! They are pet friendly and the server even brought a bowl of water for our dog. The salad with chicken was delicious, the pizza yummm and the lasagna my husband absolutely loved... it is perfect for the family! We will be back for sure!

The interior design gives the restaurant a classic Roman luxury feel mixed with Miami nightlife energy. The service was excellent from start to finish. The pasta was fresh and flavorful, the focaccia was great, and the wagyu steak was a standout perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. The cocktails and overall presentation were also top-tier. You can tell a lot of attention goes into every detail here. We got lucky and the hostess actually seated us almost right away. The staff is amazing and friendly. Usually on big holidays restaurants in Miami are short staffed and service always suffers. Osteria's energy was warm and beyond welcoming. We ordered the calamari again and it was wonderfully crispy. For our Entrees we had the steak with a side of asparagus and pappardelle ossobuco. Steak was perfectly seasoned. The veal pasta sauce was out of this world. Honestly I think stopping by Osteria might be our Christmas Eve tradition from now on. I couldn't have had a better Christmas Eve with my family.

An opulent failed attempt at fine dining…read more At first glance, the place is impressive -- beautiful cars outside, constant traffic of guests walking in, crisp white tablecloths setting the stage for what appears to be a refined dining experience. Unfortunately, the illusion fades rather quickly. The first sign of trouble arrives with the server sporting a rather impressive lip piercing, followed closely by a colleague whose diamond nose stud could probably be seen from space. Not exactly the ambiance one expects when aiming for "elegant." Despite the abundance of servers floating around the dining room, none seem to notice when your knife dramatically dives off the table and lands on the floor -- where it enjoys a long, lonely stay. Water service is also quite innovative: they simply leave the entire bottle at the table, which seems less about generosity and more about avoiding the inconvenience of returning to refill your glass. The food? Sadly just as uninspired. From the octopus to the $68 Milanese, every dish managed the impressive feat of being completely flavorless. The Milanese arrived with a beautiful crust, which raised hopes... until you realized there was no sauce, no garnish, and nothing to rescue what turned out to be a remarkably bland plate. Meanwhile, the staff appears deeply committed to minimizing effort -- though not shy about judging you directly when the tip doesn't meet their expectations. All in all, this place feels like fine dining in costume. Perhaps a return to the basics of hospitality and service would be a good start... followed by a serious conversation with whoever is currently in the kitchen. Good luck to anyone brave enough to give it a try.

We tried the veal meatballs and fried calamari with artichoke. The veal meatballs did not hold together and were mushy. There were two tiny meatballs for $12.
