To be honest, I was surprised when it was an authorized dealer not ADT itself that came in to install our equipment. Safe Street USA has been stellar! Their technicians are awesome and dealing with them over the phone is so simple. I have dogs and the way I set my alarm one time picked up motion from my pets and Safe Street called right away to alert while I was at work away, and they sent the Police Department to walk the premises. False alarm but man it feels great to have a company you can count on for 45 bucks a month. Can't beat that. I bought the equipment and they said they will install the equipment when I move to a different house or even if I sell my house I can add the equipment as a selling point and transfer ownership. The technician I've been working with is amazing! Goes above and beyond his paper requirement to make sure I feel safe at home. I still don't know where Safe Street USA is or how they're fully affiliated with ADT. However they represent the parent company well. Kudos.

All of this new technology is not easy for older people to understand. He did not explain what he was doing on the computer with our account. I found out they were taking a long needed vacation and they let customers know they highly recommend that I take my PC service to Josh's shop 'What Ya Break', in Marina, CA right at the mouth of reservation road. Josh did an excellent and cost effective diagnoses on my old PC and helped me design out and build a new, quieter and more energy efficient PC going forward with an intel i5 Hex CPU, DDR4 memory, MSI motherboard and other important parts moved over from my older machine.
