He's knowledgeable, patient, and extremely consultative. He explained everything to my parents and sister without drowning them in technical jargon and made sure they actually understood how everything worked. The best example: we live about 16 miles from the closest Best Buy. During the installation, Abisal realized we needed a better Wi-Fi router to get everything working properly and avoid latency on one of the cameras. A lot of people would have shrugged, gotten the cameras mostly working, and called it a day. Not Abisal. This bloke drove 16 miles to Best Buy, got the router, came back, and finished the job properly. He absolutely clutched up. And with Gavin Newsom apparently committed to keeping the home-security industry in business, I'm glad we have the cameras. Jokes aside, Abisal is the epitome of customer centricity. He takes ownership, does things the right way, and genuinely cares about the end result. Central Coast Tech has been incredible for our family. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Thank you, Abisai, for your outstanding service. I will gladly share my positive experience with others, and whenever I need additional cameras or security services, you'll be the first person I call.

No fire department, no police and no call from All Safe.I called All Safe and told them I had a housesitter with an infant and asked for their help. They told me the phone line was disconnected and the backup radio was outdated. We had no security at all. I begged for someone to turn the alarm off. They said they'd send someone tomorrow. I asked my husband to talk to Aaron, who said he was the owner, over the phone. Aaron slammed the phone down and hung up on my husband. We've switched to a competitor which is much better and half as expensive. BEWARE even if you're already an All Safe customer!

To be honest, I was surprised when it was an authorized dealer not ADT itself that came in to install our equipment. Safe Street USA has been stellar! Their technicians are awesome and dealing with them over the phone is so simple. I have dogs and the way I set my alarm one time picked up motion from my pets and Safe Street called right away to alert while I was at work away, and they sent the Police Department to walk the premises. False alarm but man it feels great to have a company you can count on for 45 bucks a month. Can't beat that. I bought the equipment and they said they will install the equipment when I move to a different house or even if I sell my house I can add the equipment as a selling point and transfer ownership. The technician I've been working with is amazing! Goes above and beyond his paper requirement to make sure I feel safe at home. I still don't know where Safe Street USA is or how they're fully affiliated with ADT. However they represent the parent company well. Kudos.
