We had trouble getting wifi to work in parts of our home and he was able to locate an ethernet outlet that we missed completely that was covered by an antique dresser. By finding this, we were able to get wifi at the back part of our home. He also cleaned up some settings that weren't being used and rearrange settings so when it came time to return the Comcast modem (to use our own), it would be ready for us. I highly recommend using these folks if you have any network issues. James is the owner and responded quickly to my call and referred Kevin to us.

In case you're not aware, Deep Sentinel will either sell you their wireless security cameras, their POE wired cameras, or may be able to use your existing camera system to monitor your property 24/7 with "Live Guards!" So, I contacted Deep Sentinel who have excellent customer service by the way, and asked them if they could work with my existing Reolink camera system. Since they have never tried Reolink cameras, they told me that they'd try to see if Reolink was compatible with their Deep Sentinel Hub & technology, but they could not guarantee that it would work. They then recommended that I work with their premier vendor named Avati Audio Visual. I originally contacted Drew who was very helpful and from then on I dealt with Dick Hall who turned out to be Amazing! Since I was Deep Sentinel's first customer to try working with Reolink cameras, Dick had his work cut out for him. It took months of installations, troubleshooting, out of the box problem solving, numerous talks with both Deep Sentinel techs, as well as Reolink techs, just to get all of my cameras working. That's what happens when you're the guinea pig for a camera that's never been tried before. Anyway, after months of Dick's determination and him not giving up on me, he finally got my Reolink camera's to successfully work with the Deep Sentinel system! He is definitely an asset to Avati Audio Visual, Deep Sentinel, and the tech / installation industry as a whole. He needs to be commended for all that he does and given a raise! If you need any type of TV, Audio, tech, speaker, security system or camera systems installed, look no further!

I tried to install another wifi router but, could never get it work right. These guys came in and installed a "Wireless Mesh Network" and now I can be anywhere in the house with our laptops and Ipads. In fact, last week I wanted to take in some of the great California sun, now that the rains have stopped and went to backyard with the dog. When we were referred to Robert by a mutual friend that used to be in the business we immediately knew he was going to be the one. Robert worked with our budget, gave us great tips on equipment (cost was important to us) and was very honest with us when he did not think we were making the right call. To be honest this is our first home theatre and we were kind of clueless. We always felt Robert had our best interest in mind and trusted him wholeheartedly. When other vendors were running behind RVC was able to adjust their schedule to fit the new timeline. They were always on time, on track and on budget. We were having a Super Bowl party and my husbands birthday as the "grand reveal" and were super stressed as the date was quickly approaching. Robert reassured us that he would do everything in his power to ensure we were ready in time for the party. Our contractors were behind, again, and finally finished their part of the job at 7pm Friday night. Yikes! Robert took time out of his Saturday night and worked tirelessly to ensure that we were all set for the party the next day. I recently underwent a full rebuild of my house and hired Robert and his team at RVC Systems to handle AV, networking, camera and security systems for the house. The project is just nearing completion now and I am delighted with the result. I had a professional AV system put in about 15 years ago and was quite happy with it. However, in additional to newer technology which is obviously expected to be better, the attention and support from RVC putting everything together was fantastic. We have Sonos throughout the house, multiple surround sound video systems, an excellent remote access camera system, Ubiquity networking, and security and RVC integrated everything together with RTI single remotes in each room. The great experience began two years ago when I met Robert and he put together the design and plan for the house. Robert is competent and knowledgable about the current technologies available and had very good suggestions that definitely improved the design in ways that I would not have thought of were it not for him, and did not pressure me to go a particular direction in the least. There are products that work better together than others and he suggested them while keeping within what I wanted to do. He and his team came in at the right times during construction to install wiring and rough-ins, the equipment and did some of the cleanest and most impressive cable routing and rack installations I have ever seen. For those of you who appreciate perfection behind the cabinet doors as well as in front, a lot of people say they can do it, but Robert and his team actually can do it. At the end of the project, RVC Systems has exceeded my expectations which in nearly every metric I consider important-- quality, system design, interoperability, support and all for a reasonable price. I have already recommended RVC to a couple friends who have also had good experiences and would am happy to do so again.
