He's knowledgeable, patient, and extremely consultative. He explained everything to my parents and sister without drowning them in technical jargon and made sure they actually understood how everything worked. The best example: we live about 16 miles from the closest Best Buy. During the installation, Abisal realized we needed a better Wi-Fi router to get everything working properly and avoid latency on one of the cameras. A lot of people would have shrugged, gotten the cameras mostly working, and called it a day. Not Abisal. This bloke drove 16 miles to Best Buy, got the router, came back, and finished the job properly. He absolutely clutched up. And with Gavin Newsom apparently committed to keeping the home-security industry in business, I'm glad we have the cameras. Jokes aside, Abisal is the epitome of customer centricity. We had trouble getting wifi to work in parts of our home and he was able to locate an ethernet outlet that we missed completely that was covered by an antique dresser. By finding this, we were able to get wifi at the back part of our home. He also cleaned up some settings that weren't being used and rearrange settings so when it came time to return the Comcast modem (to use our own), it would be ready for us. I highly recommend using these folks if you have any network issues. James is the owner and responded quickly to my call and referred Kevin to us.
