Ryan from Bungalow returned our call promptly and came out quickly. He identified and fixed the problem and identified another which, if left unaddressed, would have caused more problems. He communicates well, the work seems to be professional, and the price very reasonable. We will definitely continue to use Ryan for our residential electric needs. read more

Ryan at Bungalow Electric helped me out replacing 4 light fixtures in my new place. The junction boxes were all different and all funky, but he calmly worked through each one and got them all done in great time. He showed up when he said he would, stayed within his quote, and the work looks great. He's reliable, smart, professional, and friendly - highly recommend. read more

Ryan was communicative, knowledgeable, professional, and effective during his two visits to help us protect our electrical panel from rats, who've been gnawing through the wires. He was able to come the day after we called and let us know when he was on his way. He listened to our (somewhat idiosyncratic) requests and did his own assessment to determine how best to meet our needs, and he returned the next business day with materials to patch a hole in the wall where rats were entering the panel, rewire the internet cables, and secure the panel. He also went above and beyond to help us brainstorm other ways to keep rats out of the garage and away from the wires. After talking to multiple professionals about the issue, Ryan was the first to give us truly practical solutions. We're very happy with his work and will definitely use his services again in the future! read more

We highly recommend Bungalow Electric. Ryan's professionalism and punctuality and quick solving of our problem was amazing. I triggered a GFCI outlet that tripped a circuit breaker. Ryan discovered the circuit breaker would not reset for us but he got it to work again quickly. He is an excellent communicator with a wealth of information. We are hiring him again soon to upgrade our electrical panel! read more

Contacted Ryan about a problematic exhaust fan in one of our bathrooms. He called to let us know he was on his way, was on time for the appointment and was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave us several options depending on how much we wanted to spend and advised us what would be involved in completely resolving the issues and the timeline as well. Although it is a very busy time of year, he was willing to work us into his schedule and altogether very polite and responsive. He did not charge us for this initial visit although he actually provided some services. We will be working with him again and do not hesitate to recommend him. read more

Ryan came out to give an estimate on maintenance/replacement of crawlspace fans. He looked at the situation and offered a couple of options. He was very knowledgeable on situations electrical needs and appropriate crawlspace exhaust fan setup. The existing fans were inappropriate for crawlspace use and jury rigged but safe. We both agreed that doing nothing right now was the best solution, since current fans were still working. When they fail he will replace them with appropriate crawlspace fans, if necessary. He spent a lot of time evaluating the situation and was very honest and forthright. I trust Ryan and appreciate his honesty. I will definitely use him for other work. read more

Brian is an excellent troubleshooter, he also listens before jumping to conclusion about the issue I was facing. Old house requires someone who can think outside the box. He came on a Sunday as I was leaving town the next day. Work ethic, flexibility, value...I highly recommend his services. read more

Ryan is so competent and helpful. He fixed our furnace last winter and was neat, respectful and competent. We had 2 other electricians who came but couldn't fix it. When Ryan showed up we had the heat on in an hour. Just recently we thought we had a big problem...our stove wasn't working. He found a difficult to see switch on our electric box. It was fixed right away free of charge. He is a good guy and very competent. read more

Ryan was very pleasant and thorough. Kept me informed about his progress, although it wasn't a big job, a Tesla home charger. He got the job done quickly and the price was reasonable. Definitely would use him again. read more

Ryan came out very soon after my initial call about a ceiling fan not working. He was able to diagnose, get parts for and fix the fan within a few hours. Turned out the installer did a horrible job and we were lucky it hadn't fallen from the ceiling yet. Thankfully Ryan knew exactly how to fix and install it better than it should've been installed in the first place. We will definitely use Bungalow again for our electrician needs! read more

Very pleased with Bungalow Electric. Excellent service. Ryan is always on time for appointments which is important to me. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions. Work this year ranged between repair to landscape lighting system installed 20 years ago, new motion detector lights, whole house surge protection, cosmetic swapping of switches and plates, faulty doorbell wiring troubleshooting and repair, and more. Work soon relates to bathroom upgrade: normal work on fan, lights, switches, and outlets, but Ryan suggested a night light behind the toilet and a new kind of shower light, small things which are genius! read more

We needed a couple of extra exterior outlets and a switch for our new patio lights on our newly purchased house. Ryan returned my call promptly, arrived on time and was very thorough on his analysis of what was needed. Additionally as there were several circuit breakers from the initial installation in 1950 or so, he recommended that changing them out to newer breakers might not be a bad idea- so we did that as well. Excellent work for the price and I now know a bit more about our 70+ year old system that allows me to be a tad more confident in its ability to handle modern chores. Highly recommended GL read more
