He was able to come the day after we called and let us know when he was on his way. He listened to our (somewhat idiosyncratic) requests and did his own assessment to determine how best to meet our needs, and he returned the next business day with materials to patch a hole in the wall where rats were entering the panel, rewire the internet cables, and secure the panel. Ryan came out to give an estimate on maintenance/replacement of crawlspace fans. He looked at the situation and offered a couple of options. He was very knowledgeable on situations electrical needs and appropriate crawlspace exhaust fan setup. The existing fans were inappropriate for crawlspace use and jury rigged but safe. Ryan came out very soon after my initial call about a ceiling fan not working. He was able to diagnose, get parts for and fix the fan within a few hours. Turned out the installer did a horrible job and we were lucky it hadn't fallen from the ceiling yet.
