We were having some HVAC upgrades installed and Seidel was recommended by the HVAC contractor as they work together on many projects. The HVAC and other upgrades triggered an electric panel upgrade. Chase and his crew were wonderful. The communication for the planned outage for the upgrade was great and accurate. They worked well with the HVAC installer and were familiar with the building inspectors for a professional job that will last many years. As part of the upgrade we had a level 2 electric car charger installed. The charger installation in the garage went well even though there was other equipment nearby. My light fixture over my bed was broken and was hanging, and I called Seidel on Saturday. They were very nice and said someone could help me with my urgent issue today, and also the second issue during the week. Bill came out, a very nice man and fixed the fixture and helped me out by advising me to install a dimmer switch to fix the two overly bright leds glued into a permanent location in the master bath that a handyman installed. This helped a great deal as the LEDs were causing eye pain. I am quite pleased. Oh, the yelp page says only Salinas, but they do work in Marina as well just in cas3 you think it's only Salinas . Totally quick and amazing service. Totally covid complaint as they arrived wearing masks and gloves. Messaged them on yelp and received a response right away. Electricity in our infants room went out at 9:00 at night. Due to the proximity of her crib to the outlets, we were concerned enough to contact Chase that late. Without hesitation he came out, crawled up in our attic as quietly as possible commenting on his desire to not wake the baby... he found some less than desirable wiring done by a previous contractor that had come loose (which is terrifying) and swiftly and skillfully fixed it for us in the dark with his tiny flashlight.
