They never filed the permit at regionals to show that it was done by a licensed professional. Of course I didn't know this until I was trying to sell my home almost 2 years later and the inspector caught it. I then tried to get a hold of them every day for a week with 0 response. I left plenty of messages, but to no avail. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

Macs responded within 10 minutes and was able to get a technician out within 2 days. I was expecting much longer. Unit did not need replacing, just a new capacitor. They quoted $1,300 to replace the contactor in my A/C unit; luckily, I decided to get an alternative quote and had another well established company come in and do it for $400 and my A/C is working perfectly. On top of that, when I cancelled the appointment and was told my $400 deposit check would be ripped up and disposed of. Fast forward a few days and they cashed the check despite the fact that they completed no work. Now I'm fighting to get a refund and am beyond livid at this experience of feeling taken advantage of.

We had Elite Appliance here to repair our Bosch dishwasher on May 8, 2025…read more I contacted Elite Appliance that morning, and they were able to get a technician scheduled the SAME Day! Steve was the technician. He arrived well within the promised "window," and went right to work diagnosing the problem. In just a few minutes, he confirmed that we had a failed waste water pump, which the Error Code on the digital display had indicated. Steve was very efficient and quite competent. He explained the process as he did the repair. He had the part in his vehicle, so was able to do the repair on-the-spot. In about 1.5 hours, the repair was completed, the dishwasher re-installed, and we did a successful test run. Elite had given me an estimate for the total cost of the repair before I even scheduled the visit, and the amount I paid was actually less than their estimate. Upon completion of the work, I got an immediate follow-up call from Lana, to make sure I was satisfied with their service! As with any household appliance, we hope not to have to make repairs. But in the future, when I need any appliance repairs done, I will definitely call Elite Appliance!

Brian has stellar work ethic, he did the vast majority of the work by himself (including spending hours in the attic going back and forth!). We got the newest LG units possible, which came with one hell of a learning curve for the changes they made. Brian never stopped pushing on the LG rep for troubleshooting to get us up and running as quickly as possible. He was very considerate of our time, never showed signs of frustration while dealing with their shortcomings (I asked lots of questions) and confirmed everything with us throughout the process. They were fast, knowledgeable, always professional and showed more care and concern for us than just about any service I have required out here thus far (including another local HVAC company that just never got back to me with our quote).
