A staple to Houston, Pink's never disappoints! The staff is always welcoming and the wait is not too long, especially knowing that it's made fresh. They aren't shy on the toppings! And you definitely have to give the Crack Brownies a shot, you won't regret it. read more

Hard to go wrong with pizza on most nights. We ordered Smores pizza dessert; simple, expediant, and you get what you expect. The restaurant was quick to fulfill the order without any issues. Plenty of space in the waiting area if you're just looking to order out. ** Smores Pizza Easy dessert option. Marshmallows and chocolate were as expected. There's a nice lightly seared texture to the marshmallows. The pizza was not overly too sweet. The crust base is light, crisp, and airy. Nothing super out of this world to write home about but is a very safe and appreciated option. read more

I've never been as disappointed in a pizza I've bought here. They have always been delicious. I drove from Richmond Tx to get this pizza. I don't know who this slim guy was that made my pizza, but he needs to be retrained. If you make the picture larger you can see the water he put on my pizza. Plus the crust is burnt. I've never had a soggy pizza. This was ridiculous. I even ordered a large because they have always been great! I was wondering why he kept putting it in the oven. I told him that was good, don't put it back. For thirty dollars, it should be delicious. He makes me not want another pizza again. I started to take what was left back and get my money back. Even my friends were disappointed. I will never return to this location again. A big fat F- 0000 read more

I like Pink's. They're in my top 5 pizza spots because there are locations everywhere and I know what the expect when I order from there. I do feel like I wish their hours went later is some locations (Washington) because nothing beats a slice after a night out. Service varies based on locations and crowd flow, but the food is hot, fresh, and delicious. It's a pizza shot, and the ambiance is that of a pizza shop. read more

Jesus greeted us at the cash register as we entered and helped us pick a pizza from the menu. Small sitting area, but loved the friendly vibe. The pizza.... ooooh it was good! Made to order, fantastic crust and gooey cheese plus great meat toppings on the Big Boss. We added jalapeños which was amazing. Will definitely come back! read more

Ugh! Pink's needs a sign on the Tap Wall that informs patrons of when taps are shut down. 10:15PM on Friday. We ordered at 9:47PM. Pizza to go and two beers. Staff was friendly. We sampled the Paradigm Professor Pils and the Stesti Bohemian Rhapsody Witbier. The Stesti keg had soured so we chose the Paradigm. Good beer. Easy drinking. I specifically asked what time the taps closed. Eleven:fifty-five is what we were told. Apparently, he thought I was asking about tabs (to order food) even though I motioned to the beer taps. At 10:22, we were ready to order a single beer. We were told, " taps close at 10:15." Disappointed comes no where near close to describing where we are at emotionally. Also, a warning...they have installed Prince's "ugly lights." The new lighting is potential migraine-inducing. It's brighter than the Sun in here. At least the pizza is pretty read more

Late nights of drinking and hunger lead me right in. There wasn't anyone in when I stopped by which was a plus. I was able to quickly order my slice and head out in less than 10 min. Upon ordering, the pizza was fresh and piping hot. I will not hesitate to stop in again for a bite. read more

We were hanging out in Houston this past weekend and we had a late night craving for pizza. I went on Yelp to find a pizza joint and Pink's had decent reviews so we decided to give them a try. We ordered deliver through another delivery service and they pizza came fairly quickly. We couldn't decide which pizzas to get so we ordered a Half and Half (Rocko Pizza and Double Down Pizza). It was the perfect combination of yin and yang! The Rocko is savory and meaty while the Double Down is creamy and garlicky. No one ingredient overpowers the others so you can taste it all. From the red onions and Italian sausage to the rosemary chicken and spinach, all of the ingredients were front and center and ready for an all-night dance party in your mouth! The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with just the right amount of chew. Overall, the pizza is great and I can't wait to make another trip down to Houston to grab another slice in the actual store! read more

What could've been a bad review, was turned into an excellent review. All because of the employees' customer service. I waited longer than I should have for my delivery. So I called the store and a gentleman, Gavin, was quick to relieve my frustration and turned a situation (difficulties with delivering via door dash not showing up & not enough staff on hand) into a genuine opportunity for me, a loyal customer, to see how much this staff is doing their best in this economy and reality of unemployment and hardships having reliable staff. So shout out to these amazing individuals who delivered not only a delicious pizza, but turned my hangry frown upside down! :) tonight I ordered half Freshetta and half Classic. I highly recommend their wings but they were out tonight. #untilnexttime read more

It was good for a late night craving. Love the big single slice option as well, for when you dont want a whole pizza.

ZERO STARS!! I'm thoroughly disgusted with how Pink's treats its customers. Management is horrible, a joke to say the least. My husband had an incident trying to place an order and was threatened by a "manager"/ thug at the Washington location - he called to follow-up with the owners at a different location and KK at the heights location said that she did not have time to deal with it because she was in the middle of the dinner rush and hung up on him. Who are the people running this place? We will never return. Please go elsewhere, Houston has far better places with better service! We have never experienced such horrible customer service as this ever. read more

Food was good, service was a little slow. The bathroom smelled like weed. I would go back, the one in Montrose was full of homeless people.

It takes a lot for me to leave one star for a business. As a business owner I know what I expect from my team. Of course they make mistakes from time to time. But never this bad. Pink's Pizza. Really??? To start I know we just had a freeze. Even COVID. So running out of stuff is understandable. But in this case. Get ready for this. So I walk into a well organized and pretty clean store. No greetings. No smiles. The impression the cashier gave me when I ordered was one of me bothering her. She looked more irritated that she actually had to stand and take my order Vs sitting there and playing on her phone. Now once we got the pizza we ordered I asked for parm and pepper. The guy I asked responded that they were out of parm but had pepper. So I took the pepper no bug deal. Ten min later a lady at another table goes up to counter and asks for parm and the lady goes to the back. Grabs a bucket and scoops it into a ramekin. Not going to lie. Was a little irritated. Basically the guy I asked Parmesan from was just being to lazy to scoop some Parmesan into a ramekin and give it to me. Pretty lazy employee. Now second time I went to counter to get a topo. I actually ordered from a different girl at the counter. I pay. She walks off. Ugh hello??? We're you planning on giving me my topo?? Few minutes later she sees me standing there still and remembers she didn't give me the topo. Hands it to me. Doesn't say anything. I asked politely if she had an opener. She "oh you need me to open it for you?" Maybe yes. I don't open these bottle with my teeth! I didn't say that out loud, only in my head. So at this moment. Not a happy camper to say the least. I didn't think this visit could go more wrong. Nothing life changing really. Just a bunch of kids that are working in a pizza place with no supervision. To top it all off.....now wit for it.......while we are sitting there one of the employees start discussing COVID. He started saying how one of the staff there was working still and maybe had COVID. Seriously?!? Come on man! It isn't rocket science on why you don't discuss things like that. When I heard that I decided it was time to go. So here are the power words I would use for this location and business. Lazy Incompetence Non communication Ignorant Who ever owns this location needs reevaluate manager team! I won't return or support this location again. read more

Update: I am bumping my review up to 4 stars because the manager reached out to me and is making an effort to make my experience better. Pink's pizzas are really good so I'd like to continue being a customer. Can't wait to try their other specialty pizzas! ---------------- My boyfriend and I planned to meet up with some friends last Saturday night for Pink's pizza. I liked the Pink's at UH when I was still in school, so I was excited to try this location as well. Our friends were running late so we ordered beers at the bar first. Then we ordered a 16-inch pizza (half pepperoni, half pepperoni sausage) to share, which was around $30. But the pizza was great. Sometime during our visit, we asked if we could leave our car there while we hop over to Clutch next door. The guy gave us this whole speech about towing policies and property owner policies. And we understood, because it makes total sense. But 5 minutes later a chick walked in by herself, didn't purchase anything, and asked "Can I park my car here? I'll get a cup of water" AND THE GUY SAID YES!!! Please keep in mind that my friends and I were there for almost an hour, bought food and beers, and this girl was in for about 30 seconds and didn't even get the damn water. But she was club-ready that's for sure. Am I bitter? Yes. Am I coming back? No. So as good as the pizza was, I have to knock it down to only 2 stars. The fact that the slices were cut so uneven that some were 5 inches wide and some were 1 inch wide didn't help their case either. read more

We have eaten at pinks for a number of years and I called in today inquiring about the heart-shaped pizza for Valentine's Day and the representative who claims to be the manager was extremely rude and sarcastic on the phone and hung up on me twice after trying to ask very simple questions. About a month ago, I placed a to-go order (small single-topping pizza) over the phone from this location. The employee told me it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When I arrived to the restaurant about 35 minutes later, the employee told me that it was still in the oven and to give them 3 more minutes. I waited another 10 minutes before I asked another employee, who told me it was still in the oven and to give them another 5 minutes. When I explained to him that had already been waiting over 45 minutes, he walked over to the manager and then they both walked over to the oven. I then saw them whisper something to each other. Apparently they had not even started on the order. I told the employee not to worry about making it and I left the establishment. I sent an email describing this incident and my disappointment, to the email address listed on their webpage for comments. I left my name, phone number, and email. The most disappointing thing about the whole experience is that- it has been about a month since I sent the email and I still have yet to receive a response. I will never order from Pink's Pizza again due to their lack of customer service and concern. There are plenty of other good pizza restaurants in the city that still practice good customer service. read more

Who isn't hungry after a night out?! Luckily, Pink's is open after 2 a.m! The staff was efficient and VERY accommodating. Even though I'm sure they get tired of intoxicated people demanding X, Y, Z, from them. My party all ordered pepperoni pizza and although it looked amazing, I didn't eat it due to a lactose intolerance. The clerk overheard our conversation and mentioned they had dairy-free cheese. Although the cook had left they were kind enough to make a spankin' fresh pizza for me. I appreciated it so much!!! read more

Yo, whoever is reading this review, I'm telling you, this pizza is AMAZEEEEE. I've always wanted to hit up Pinks when vacationing in Houston but now that i'm a permanent resident, all I can say is WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?!?!?!? The pizza here was nothing short of food porn. I ordered a custom pizza and 10 minutes later, the love of my life was sitting in front of me...all hot and steamy. The cheese pull alone...... XXX!!! Every time I see that neon pink sign, it's like a beacon that reminds me that I need more pizza in my life and I won't regret it. I'm a huge fan of Pink's. Always so good, so many choices and never disappointing. Love the fact that they have huge slices and they also offer their pizza by slice! The personal slice is big enough that you'll definitely get your fill even though by the end you feel like you want more---which you do. I've tried majority of the choices and they're all top notch so order what your tummy is telling you at the time. There is a small parking lot in front of it. The actual location is in the back of the building but it's definitely easy to find. You can't miss the huge Pink's neon sign. It's also located around tons of bars in Washington area so it also serves as a great late night snack after us drunksies are wobbling or way around. read more
