Foods are look great, delicious, clean, fast service. Recommend https://suno.com/s/YNYsXBUThdFXOOhH Create a fun, catchy Vietnamese song about "Bò Né," the famous sizzling Vietnamese breakfast. Upbeat Southern Vietnamese pop mixed with funky disco, playful bolero rhythms, and a little comedy. Use a cheerful Southern Vietnamese male and female duet, with natural Vietnamese pronunciation, lively vocals, and humorous storytelling. Include the sizzling sound of beef cooking on a hot metal plate, eggs cracking, butter melting, pâté, Vietnamese baguettes dipping into the rich sauce, and friends gathering for breakfast with iced coffee. The lyrics should be funny, relatable, and full of Vietnamese street-food culture. Describe the hot sizzling beef, runny fried eggs, crispy bánh mì, and the irresistible smell that makes everyone hungry. Add playful flirting between a man and a woman over breakfast, funny banter about who pays the bill, and a catchy chorus that repeats "Bò né, bò né, ăn vô là mê!" Musical arrangement: energetic bass, funky guitar, Vietnamese percussion, handclaps, lively brass, and a danceable groove. Start with the sound of sizzling beef, build into a catchy chorus, include humorous spoken dialogue, and finish with a big, joyful sing-along.

My friend and I wanted to try this place since we saw someone post about it on TikTok. The pricing is reasonable. The staff were friendly. Food did come out a bit slow which was fine for us since it took us a while to eat the items that came out first. Stir-Fried Sea Snails with Coconut Milk 5/5 Grilled Spotted Babylon Snails with Black Pepper 5/5 Vietnamese Fried Rice Flour Cake 4/5 Grilled Oysters with Garlic Butter 4/5 Stir-Fried Razor Clams with Scallion Oil 0/5 We would come back again and try other items on their menu.

We went to try their popular banh xeo tacos ($12.99) and they were so good! The taco shells are crispy and have a satisfying crunch. You can also taste the light coconut flavor in them. I've never seen these on the menu anywhere else. They come in a set of 3. You can't mix and match protein choices so we got a set of both the beef and the seafood (shrimp and squid). The beef was our favorite because it is so flavorful. The seafood was fresh and the shrimp texture was perfect but it was less flavorful. We also got an order of stir-fried razor clams with water spinach ($14.99). It came with a nice dipping sauce and a generous amount of spinach sautéed with garlic. We also had their Coco Cloud drink ($7) (coconut with matcha foam w/ fresh coconut pieces) and it was delish! It was a very solid matcha drink since they use ceremonial grade matcha. Service is very good with helpful suggestions on the menu if you ask and regular water refills. The restaurant is very on-theme with the pink and floral decor and the outside patio has a cute swing. It was too hot for us to sit outside because of the heat wave and even inside the restaurant was a little warm. Highly recommend Pink10 as a very good place for unique and delicious street food!

One of my best recent finds!...Excellent Food, Drunks, and ambiance! Great date night place! Ordered the mango salad, grilled oysters w/ cheese and the sizzling beef/ eggs with pate bread! Oysters and sizzling beef are a Must! Also the durian shake was delicious! Highly recommend giving Pink10 a try! ... as we will be coming back soon! ;-)

I had a great experience here! The bánh xèo tacos were such a creative twist, and both the bánh xèo and egg rolls were incredibly crispy. The oysters were absolutely humongous, and the coconut snails were delicious. The service was very attentive throughout our meal, and they also have a great selection of drinks. The kumquat tea was the perfect refreshing drink to pair with everything. I would definitely come back to try more of their menu!

Read some good reviews about this place and decided to take my family here to try it out. Our overall experience was good, not great, but was good enough to come back. The decorations were cute with tables both inside and outside at the patio. The foods came out kinda slow, but the waitresses were kind and apologetic for being a newer establishment. The foods were good. The snail dishes were fresh and good. Our favorites were the shaken beef with egg noodles, and salmon rice.

Friendly staff and amazing food! I loved the banh xeo tacos and the outdoor area has a dog menu. I highly recommended this place and the hot pot was delish!!!

The chicken was crispy and the dipping sauce gave it that extra yummy goodness. The dish also came with a side of broth that had chicken bits in it, was nice to help digest your dish. I also loved that they gave you pickled veggies & fresh veggies. We also ordered the Loi's Fusion Saltado, upgraded the rice to garlic egg fried rice. The beef was soft and tender, the fries were nice and crispy and the fried rice was fresh. You 100% need to get the Thai Tea. A lot of place add too much cream/half and half diluting the tea flavor, they do not skimp on the actual tea in their drink. The color speaks for itself on the dark orange hue!

I'm a bit late getting around to writing this, and unfortunately, they are already closed, but I still felt like I had to share my experience. I'm not completely surprised that they closed, especially after trying their bò né. I've had this dish many times at different places around Orange County, and unfortunately, this was probably the weakest version I've come across. The first thing that stood out was the presentation. As you can see in the picture, there was this purple-colored sauce on the meat itself, which honestly did not look very appetizing. To make things worse, the sauce was cold and did not heat in time with the skillet, which really took away from the experience. The flavor itself wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't anything memorable. It was just okay, and when you factor in the cold food and the presentation, it made the whole dish disappointing. With so many places around Orange County serving bò né at a much higher level, I would probably recommend spending your money elsewhere. If you were wondering whether you missed out on some hidden gem, don't worry, you didn't. This one felt more like a piece of coal than a diamond. That being said, every restaurant has its journey, and with more time, maybe they could have found their footing. Hopefully, they can take this experience as a lesson, refine their recipes, and bring something better in their next venture. I am rooting for you Loi!

We tried - razor clams, scallops (HUGE), the selection of salads are amazing so we got the spicy mango - House Special Mango Salad with squid & escargot -- is spicy , tangy, refreshing, and the refreshing taste! My favorite dish was the HUGE fried fish...color is amazing and the way the fish was presented seal the deal for me. Between two people, we devoured the entire fish !! It's the kind of place where you order "just a few things" and suddenly the entire table is covered in food. But, I'm not complaining since the team is very quick in getting the used plates off our tables. Also, both places offered FREE dessert. It's like a coconut based taro and other root sweet dish.

As for other items, we got to try the beef broth pho which was safe for my daughter to eat who has a gluten, soy, sesame allergy. According to the waiter, the rice noodles that are usually safe are cooked in the same water as the other non allergen friendly noodles. So we just ordered a side of rice instead. Shoutout to our server who was kind enough to help us. He went above and beyond. If we're ever in the area and needed a place for my daughter to eat on a whim, I've booked marked this spot for future reference. I understand that restaurants need time to close and prepare for the end of the night, but if the kitchen stops accepting guests before 10:00 PM, that should be clearly communicated in the posted hours. It was disappointing to arrive expecting to dine based on the advertised hours, only to be refused service 25 minutes before closing. Better communication about the last seating or kitchen closing time would have helped us avoid the wasted trip. A restaurant's posted hours should accurately reflect when guests can expect to be served.

The last time I visited on a Monday, the lot was completely full, and I ended up parking on the street. The restaurant is also primarily cash only, so come prepared. They open early, making it a perfect breakfast spot for an early bowl of pho. The pho broth is exactly what I want when I'm craving comfort food--clean, flavorful, and incredibly soothing. However, the star of the meal for me was the chả giò. Wow. Although they arrived after our pho, they came out at the perfect temperature. I was hesitant to take a bite right away because freshly fried food usually burns my mouth, but these were just right. Crispy, airy, savory, and absolutely delicious. Paired with their fish sauce, it was perfection. I enjoyed the egg rolls so much that next time I'm definitely ordering the egg roll vermicelli bowl. Service was friendly and prompt despite how busy it was, and it's clear the staff works hard to keep things moving. One thing I love is seeing all of the awards and accolades displayed on the walls. Phở 79 received the prestigious James Beard America's Classics Award, and it's easy to understand why after one meal here. This restaurant is truly an Orange County icon. The restaurant will soon be moving to a new location, as signs throughout the restaurant announce the upcoming move.
