I have never left a yelp review before but I reallyy felt the need to in this occasion. I've came here a few times with different nail techs each time and have spent about $85-100 for long acrylics. Last Friday I went in for a gel x full set and Hannah ( nail tech ) had an extremely shaky hand the whole time but she didn't mention anything. I still trusted her to do something decent for me, and what could I really say right? But I had to eventually ask her to change my original design because it was extremely sloppy and crooked. I asked her to do a French tip instead since I could tell she was having a hard time keeping a steady hand... I showed her the inspo pic with an almond shape instead. And this is what I got... there was still glue on the side of my nails, the nails were weirdly shaped and she would overly pour the paint on the nails so they looked so lumpy. Im still being nice and tell her thank u and pay.. she charges me $125!!!! The most I had EVER paid for nails! and it happens to be the worst set ever! By the time I saw her messing up on the 2nd design I didn't want to be rude and obnoxious so I let it slide. (I hugely regret) but I knew she wouldn't really get what I really truly wanted. I didn't want to embarrass or say anything out loud to her bc it was a Friday afternoon, it was super packed. and didn't want to have that discussion in front of everyone .. I call them over the phone after leaving and a male answers and says "we can give you $10 off ur next purchase" then passes me over to the manager and she tells me to come back and when I come back inside the shop, she keeps trying to convince me that they're nice and can't do anything else for me. She starts raising her voice and Gets super defensive. I told her I didn't want to argue with her, but just wanted half of a refund or to get my nails fixed but she said I already paid for it and they wouldn't give anything back to me nor fix it And to next time to go to a new place!! At this point, im so upset that I tried to go around this being so nice when I could've simply just been rude and asked for a new nail tech (which is wtf I wanted to do)but I paid $125 and still tipped the lady! $125 of my hard worked money, and they couldn't even TRY to fix anything for me.. I guess all I can say is I will never come back here, and don't pay them for their service unless you absolutely know it's worth over a full days worth of your hard worked money. read more

I really liked it! I got my nails done and it was soooo cute! I loved it! It cost 85 dollars because they charge by length and I got gel X with designs on all my fingers. I would totally go back. Called for an appt at 2pm, showed up on time and didn't get helped till 3pm. My nails took 45 minutes to do. Sucks I had to wait longer than the process of getting my nails done. Saying sorry doesn't make up for the time I lost there and I a discount of any sort would have been appreciated. However, Candy did an amazing job on my nails. Honestly this place is over priced to the point that I'll never come back here again. I got dip for my nails which is 45$ then I got a pedicure w/ gel which was 60$ then my Niece got her nails done with regular nail polish with a design 15$ and pedicure with no design was 20$. I would understand if i got acrylic with design on them but i got one color no design! It's a rip off and I would not recommend coming here. read more

So I originally patronized this nail salon three months or so ago. I just had a regular, no frills pedicure. I was charged $20. I went there again today for the same thing. They charged me $25 PLUS $1 for using my credit card, which was exactly what I used the first time without the $1 charge!!! So you're telling me that in three months I have to pay you $6 more? And BTW, she wasn't even that good - still have some polish around the outside of my nails and since she didn't adequately separate my toes, some nails are missing a little polish! #NEVERAGAIN!!! read more

She always makes sure that you actually like the nail shape/design etc that you requested, and is honest when something won't well suit your needs. I HATE this place with a passion. I went to get a gel mani and pedi and I was charged $100!!! I have never been to a place that charges so freekn much. On top of that I wanted designs and they put freekn STICKERS on!!! It wasn't authentic. When asking for which sticker I wanted I told the lady and then as she's taking it off of the paper it rips and she says oh sorry can't use that one anymore but there was no other design like it. We always came here because the previous owners and now that it's owned by a different person I've never been treated so RUDELY. When my mom and I first walked in they said sorry two hour wait which is understandable but when it was our turn my mom had to get out of the chair because they said someone else had come that had an appointment. SO FREEKN UNPROFESSIONAL! And mind you these are not my choice of actual words I want to use. TWO DAYS AFTER my nails the stickers ripped off my nails. When asking if they can replace them they said I would have to pay!!! After I was charged 100 NOT INCLUDING TIP?!!!! I was so livid. When I was doing my mani and pedi the lady starts talking in Vietnamese and then she starts laughing so then I start talking to my mom in our language and we start laughing then she starts to be quiet, she started filing my nails harder and harder and ends up making my finger BLEED!! Found this place because they followed me on instagram. Convinced my bf to go with me so we could get pedicures before our trip. The girl who did his feet was SHAKING, it was so bad but there was no one else who could do them so we had to settle. I'm not sure if she was new or what the reasoning behind the shaking was but I don't think it was safe. I was worried she'd cut him so I kept looking over. Additionally, I did my nails is regular polish (which I normally do at other places and have never had issues). Anyway, I did regular polish and DAYS later I wore socks and it felt as if the polish had not yet dried which resulted in lint getting all over the polish. My toes looked gross I had to take the polish off. Overall, the people working there were nice but I'm just disappointed felt like I paid way too much for that to happen and it was just a waste of money. read more

Never again!!! I went today to get a full set Done. The lady that was doing my nails was making them SUPER thick! She messed up on One of them got a tissue paper whipped the dipping powder off and left streaks. I was So upset I asked for someone else to do my nails. When she noticed I asked for someone else she was SO UPSET. She grabbed all her things and had a huge attitude. The next Lady that did my nails was filing them so hard!! Saw their page on Instagram and decided to try them out. First time I went in, I got my nails done by Candy, she was super nice and did an awesome job at making my nails look great, I paid $125, lifted after 1 week. Decided to give them another shot but with a different technician, Hannah, she did a full set, 1 color, for $95 this time around the nails did last me 4 weeks so I thought great I'll just go back for a fill.?Booked my appointment and when I got there the woman at the front told me it would be $55 for a fill, I thought awesome no problem. Turns out they no longer had the color I had got so tech advised she could do ombré fill with a brown powder (that she picked out) so I said sure, as she started doing it I noticed the two colors did not blend together nicely at all so I told her to just do the whole nail with the brown color since she had already applied it to 1 nail, she just said ok and that was all. Turns out, the appointment she had scheduled before me was 1 hour+ late and instead of asking her to reschedule because she was taking care of another customer who actually made it on time to their appointment, she rushed through my nails just to get me out of her chair, didn't bother cleaning up my nails from the back or fixing the bumpy and uneven acrylic. When I went to pay, the woman at the front told me it would be $70 now, I asked her why and she said because I CHOSE TO change the color of my nails, I let her know the only reason I agreed to it was because they no longer had the color I previously had got and she said "I know that's why I'm discounting $5 from your service, it would have been $75". I told her if the price was going to go up and change she should have let me know so I could have picked a color I actually wanted, I didn't pick the color, the tech did. She didn't care which I thought was very unfair on her part, how are you going to charge customers extra because the salon didn't have the color needed for the fill? That's not the customers fault. I booked an appointment here to get us that done a few weeks ago ended up having to wait an hour but the nails were so great that I decided to come back I booked another appointment and waited for an hour and a half this time after reading a review that said that one of the girls said that she's sorry and that they had a lot of designs and I was told the exact same thing. I decided to leave ended up being a complete waste of time what's the point of booking an appointment if there's no one to help with your appointment probably won't be returning again. Don't bother booking an app for a certain time or nail tech. I've been here about 3 times and EVERYTIME I have to wait 30+ min after my app time they also don't care if you booked with a certain person they'll sit you with whoever is available! They don't even bother to say sorry they are super rude and extremely overpriced nails. I've been going to this place since they opened in Westminster at first i really liked them , i always paid over $100 for my nails to look sloppy. I recently got my nails done on 11/13 mind you they are gel x nails that are suppose to last longer than acrylic nails , yesterday 11/14 my nails started bending already coming off , i got my toe nails done & they chipped as well. I don't go anywhere or do any hard work so there was no reason for my nails to be this way after paying $145. I messaged them on instagram this afternoon & they did not apologize nor did they say they would fix my nails . This is so unprofessional of them & to state that all their nail techs are very good at gel x/ acrylic is false. Brought my daughters yesterday for finger polish change and pedicure. Charged adult prices despite website saying there's kid pricing ($15 more per kid). I didn't argue since I figured prices increased due to covid but after inspecting the prices my gel manicure was only $2 more than online pricing. Stopped in today to ask about the increase and was told they are adult prices now and there's no where in the location with updated prices. My daughters nail polish also immediately started to come off within a hour after leaving the salon. I mentioned this when I stopped by and was told it's bc it's regular polish. Under stable in a few days but to just start falling off when she wasn't doing anything seems crazy. Lastly, we had multiple techs. One woman did their pedicures, another painted nails. I got my nails done 2 weeks ago and I was excited to go in but the lady gave me one price then she was ready to get the color I wanted she told me it was gunna be $115 like how do you go from 45 to 115. I was upset because I've never gone to a nail salon and they charge so much. And I go to other nail salons the acrylics usually last me 4-5 weeks and it's only been 2 weeks that I came here and my nails look nasty. Overall I paid 70 for just a plain color never coming here again.and this was my birthday set I was very upset and not to mention since I had picked a plain color I wanted this one color the lady said that I couldn't do that color because it wasn't gunnna be enough to do all my nails like whattt. Pink did an amazing job with my full set. What I loved the most was how quickly she did my nails and how beautiful they turned out. I asked for square, I got square. It's rare to find someone who does great quality nails and I am happy I finally did. The price was also very nice and not exaggerated like most places. This is my third time coming here and the second time I had this experience. First I would stay away from their pedis!!! Horrible!!! They are lumpy and not smooth at all!!! The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt but the second just proves that is how they paint them. I read a prior review like that, but I still wanted to give them a shot. But what bothered me the most then there sloppy pedicures is the nails! It was my third time (they gave me a full set my first visit) so I was getting a full OR had every intention of getting one. I made my appointment with Candy and said I wanted a fill. Sat down arms said fill. I should them a picture of nails that were gray and said I just wanted to paint them (with gel). She starts shaving down my nails and I'm like ok? But does NOT remove them. Then she said she is going to use acrylic because SHE likes it better. After she drilled them down uh yea.. you will need more acrylic. Then she goes on to tell me AFTER she did all this and despite what I asked was that she doesn't put gel on nails. I'm like huh? You have a wall FULL of gel colors! Then when I check out she charged me for a full set!! She didn't want even take my old set off!!!!!!! If you want to get scammed come here!!!! I don't mind paying for nice nails as the lady saw and took advantage of. But I don't like feeling scammed and taken advantage of.
