This place is clean and the staff are professional. When I walked in my temperature was checked and I was directed to wash my hands before sitting with the technician. Masks are enforced which made me feel comfortable. My point appointment was scheduled for Alison who is a new technician so she had a new client special. I got a sculpted full set with hand painted design on each finger. The full service took 3.5 hours which was quite long but I was pleased with the end result. I came for the first time to try a Russian manicure. The manicure technique itself was decent however, the salon is very run down and does not appear cleanly. They also use very cheap nail polish that did not hold up for more than a week. I have very strong nails, and all of my nails have chipped and broken within a week of my manicure. The point of a Russian manicure is to have it long lasting and this was far from it. I also had booked a pedicure and couldnt opt out of it during my appointment. I wish I knew that there is no actual pedicure station here, and it's basically make shift with a plastic tub that they fill with boiling water. This is unprofessional, and pedicures should not be offered if they don't have the proper set up. Complete waste of money. I was charged for callus removal and left with callus still on my feet. My nail tech looked me straight in my eyes and told me she did the callus removal although it was apparent she didn't. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but people should know what they're getting themselves into. This is not a nail salon, this is an open space for non licensed freelancers. They appear talented with their designs, however I won't be returning due to the unprofessionalism, lack of hygiene, and cheap products. read more

I booked my appointment months ago and got a sitter. I was called a half an hour before my appointment and was told it had to be canceled because one of the women had an emergency. Understandable but I had a pedicure with that woman and a manicure with another woman. I then said well I could still come because the one woman is still there. They told me no. They said that she had called me to confirm the appointment and to ask for a deposit. I did not receive a call but I had called them 24 hours before-hand to confirm and give a deposit but once I called to confirm he said I was good. Don't go!!! read more

I'm new to the area and searching for the right nail salon here. Unfortunately, this was not it. My appointment was canceled the morning of minutes after receiving the automated reminder. The nail tech said either she could take me tomorrow or the person who was supposed to do my pedicure could see me same day. I pushed for the latter because I had an event the next day. However, she couldn't get a hold of the other staffer and told me to just go in and see if she could take me. So, I did but the staffer did not do acrylic only gel services. It wasn't what I wanted but I was appreciative that she accommodated because I was in a pinch. I feel bad writing this because it's not the crux of the issue and the girl was so sweet but she was very young and inexperienced and very, very slow. In addition, she hurt me several times taking my acrylic off, burned me with scalding water for the soak and hit several of my cuticles with the drill. This is now almost a week later and my cuticles are still raw and painful, and one nail is already separating from the gel and definitely going to break. She couldn't fit in my pedicure with enough time either. I wasn't super happy leaving but was trying to be understanding seeing as the original nail tech was sick, things happen and this other tech tried to be accommodating. The original nail tech said she would give me a discount on my next appointment as an apology so I decided I would give it one more chance. However, I couldn't find any appointments with her that worked with my availability (even though it was the same day of the week as my original appointment) so I selected "any staff" and booked an appointment for three weeks out. However, the next day it was abruptly canceled without any explanation or offer to reschedule. Overall unprofessional and unreliable when it comes to appointments, which is very disrespectful of customer's time. And seemingly inexperienced and undertrained staff. read more

I always feel terrible posting negative reviews. If I could give negative 5 stars I would . Future customers need to know They aren't licensed! She destroyed my nail bed which caused me a lot of pain and not only could I not wear nails; I had to continuously cut my nail super low so it would reattach to my nailbed. The girl I went to (who told me towards the end of the appt that she wasn't licensed bc she was worried she wasn't capable of finishing my nails without hurting me. She was completely dishonest with the products she used, she had told me she used swvarski pixie dust therefore she has to charge $10 a finger. My fingers were irritated and red from whatever she was using and her contrived application of these acrylic nails. The two fingers she applied the pixie dust ended up looking like I put glue on my nail and stuck my hand in the garbage. The appointment took many hrs and then she refused to let me leave until she took numerous pictures which I told her I wasn't comfortable bc my hand had marks and I was self conscious. She was so annoyed that I told her I had a $90 budget (saved $10 for her tip which she certainly didn't deserve) this place and my nail tech (who will remain nameless is a public health hazard, all jokes aside you can get serious injuries, and infections when these nails are applied improperly. I was told I was lucky that I only suffered a couple of months. It took months for my nail to grow and reconnect to my nail bed which is quite painful for many weeks. I know another girl this tech put a set of acrylic nails on, who also suffered with the same injury as myself. This imposter nail tech will continue to destroy her customers real nails since shes Thinks she taught herself from watching you tube videos. I had called her the following day because unfortunatelyI was stuck with her for this set of nails. Ii had a wedding to goto that weekend and begged her to fix those two embarrassing nails. She wanted more money to fix her mistakes and then she just blew me off. Beware! read more

Alba has done my nails on both my visits and I must say the best service I have received at nail salon ever. She is very patient and very attentive. She pays attention to detail and knows exactly what to do. Both visits I had nails to be fixed and she did sculpted them beautifully you couldn't even tell that the two nails are not my real nails. The designs she did for me each time were awesome pink and purple ombré with marble the first time and a grey nude with a sparkly ladder type design the second. They are very to the T on time and very professional and appointments must be made in advance make sure you know when you need to go like 2 weeks in advance.(Ps no more pedicures once September rolls around so enjoy them while they last) I absolutely love this nail salon and wouldn't pick another better. read more

Love this place!!! Every time I've gone, they do an amazing job. All of the girls are nice and treat you like a friend. They take their time and put a lot of effort into their work. Every time I have a Disney Vacation coming up, I bring my daughter so we both have our "Disney Nails" done. Can't wait for my next appointment :-) Also, my sister got married this past November and her nail lady cancelled a week before her wedding. I contacted Pink Nails and explained the situation and they arranged a time for my sister to get her nails done. However after calling, one of the ladies penciled me in. My sister and I went together and I arrived 15 minutes early to soak off my previous gel manicure. Everyone was welcoming. Ettennae is a literal goddess. I've been going to her exclusively since last year and I've never once been disappointed. She takes pride in her work and is a very talented nail tech. I slipped up this January and had to get a fill in at Nail Lounge in NYC, and Nane was the one who fixed all of their awful mistakes and made my nails look beautiful again! (check out my review of them to see what they did to my nails.) All of the techs are so friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled, it's a great atmosphere and an excellent experience every time I go. You can tell they are properly trained and certified and all the equipment is very clean. They operate by appointment only but have online booking so it's really easy. I just had my first ever appointment at Pink Nails & More with Camila and I enjoyed the experience. Very efficient use of space, relaxed atmosphere and quick in and out service. Camille was very fast as I was on my lunch break and I liked how she was focused and wasn't distracted by talking, texting or chatting throughout the salon. This is a well-oiled machine and I love the way it's run. No fuss, to the point, great nail experience. So far, I am enjoying my nails as I am very, very, very, very particular about my shape, nail bed coverage, polish technique and how long they last. I changed my shape so I will have to get used to it, but I will be paying close attention in the next few days to how the shape holds up and if the shine of my gel coat remains. But we all know the most important part is how the nails look as they grow away from the cuticles. Yet to be seen... My only disappointment is that I wanted to schedule an appointment in two weeks and Camila's fully booked. Now what? Guess I'll have no choice but to book someone else. I came here for a basic gel manicure and pedicure right before I went on a vacation and was pleasantly surprised by this place. It definitely lives up to the pink name, it is very pink inside! The shop is also small which provides a more intimate experience. Now on to my actual manicure and pedicure experience. I booked an appointment online which was very convenient. When i got there the told me to pick a color for my pedicure off the regular polish wall and then they would find a gel color to match it for my manicure. They did a great job finding a very close match in the colors! The woman who did my nails was wonderful! She did a great job with my gel manicure! It lasted pretty well through my 3 week vacation only getting a couple of tiny chips after the two week mark. My pedicure was a great experience as well. When I booked the appointment online it say the gel manicure and pedicure would be $55 and when I paid I was only charge $50, which was a nice surprise. I will definitely come back here again to get my nails done and hopefully to try out some of their cool nail art! read more

3 stars because the staff is nice and the appointments are fast (20-30 minutes and you're done) but I won't be returning to pink nails. After two visits I've noticed my cuticles are completely peeling. I don't do dishes or work with water at all. I've never had this reaction to gel manicures before. I'm on prenatals so there's really no reason for my nails not to be healthy. The manicures themselves don't really come out the way I want them but that could be because I'm using ideas from ig and not the girls work. Idk. The gel polish is easy to remove after 10-12 days but an appointment isn't always available in that time frame. Between the short life span of the polish and my ruined cuticles - Issa no for me. I recently peeled my gel Manny off after ten days and got an old fashion nail polish manicure- my fingers are back to normal. read more

I've had horrible experiences with nail salons. They would drill my nail to a point that it would burn or make me bleed. They would crack or chip and fall off within a week. I decided to try them out and I must say they're amazing. My nails are on like a rock no lifting or chipping. I had them done by Cynthia who did an amazing job and really knew what she was doing. I got acrylic and I have a problem with them lifting because of my mistreated nails but it's been over a week and they're just as when I first got them. I got regular polish and it still hasn't worn off. Overall the staff is great and friendly. They're products are amazing and even though they're a bit far from me they're definitely worth the drive. Kassi wow'd me with a flawless 3-color ombré and free-hand gold glitter design. Unable to keep my standing appointment for an acrylic back fill, I cruised Yelp! for a salon near home. Pink Nails scored well and I gave it a shot, thinking it would do in a pinch. The price was a tad more than my old place but the quality and creative art was well worth it. If I'd had this same work done before, I would have paid lots more at my other shop, where every nuance is an add on, but my art was complimentary and even suggested at Pink Nail. The shop and people working at the shop seem like nice people. however, I am SO disappointed with my nails i could cry. I hate to even write reviews like this but I waited 3 weeks for an appointment just to be let down. I drove close to 45 mins just because of the hype I heard about this place. It's been 2 days and my nail already fell off one finger completely. I have been taking things lightly and been off work the two days and I know how to not use my nails to do rough or hard work. But there goes a finger w a whole design that I paid for. My cuticles are still in pain from my nail job. They were never cut down. However, they were shaved away with the machine my nail tech used to the point of bleeding and now they look shredded. I shouldve known when I can feel my cuticles burning every time I touched some type of liquid. I haven't felt this type of pain in my finger since years ago. Also no gel color was used to pain my nails under the designs. only gel top coat. I didn't say anything about this because I figured this is THEIR technique to make nails look nice and they know what they are doing MAYBE ?. This place is nothing more than a glorified "CHOP SHOP". Asked before I went if ema products were used was told yes, not at all. Acrylics are extremely thick. Not only did I have to wait 3 wks for an appointment which I didn't mind because I'm ready to pay good money on my nails but for this quality horrible. Nails were so sore from the acrylic application it felt like someone took a hammer to the ends of my fingers. And the paint job omg. Painted the whole tip to my fingers then got a brush put some remover on it went around to "remove" the polish only to dry out my cuticles never again.
