However, when he isn't there--especially later in the day--the experience is completely different. The technicians seem to rush through the manicure, become argumentative when I ask for something specific, and often ignore my requests. One of my biggest concerns is the excessive use of the electric drill and UV lamp. I know what works best for my nails, and I have repeatedly explained that I do not want my natural nail bed damaged. Unfortunately, my preferences are often dismissed, and I feel pressured into a service I didn't ask for. It's frustrating because the exact same requests are honored when the manager is supervising, which tells me the staff are capable of following customer instructions. Customers deserve the same level of respect and care regardless of who is on duty. Consistency and listening to your clients should be a priority.

They told me that my gel x "wasn't letting my nails breathe", ok fine never heard that before but if they can do a good job then sure.
