I had no appointment and walked-in about an hour their closing time, just basically wanted to do pedicure but then Maggie reached out to me, looked at my nails and introduced me their UV-gel service which is I've never experienced it. I said, sure I can try. I didn't know this change would take longer than I expected and was over their closing time. But Adora (hope I remember her name right) and Remy, both of them had my pedicure and manicure done best. The whole team stayed until the end. That being said, their service is the best. Tried this place twice. They up charge for some of their gel nail polish and then the polish chips off within 2-3 days. They over file with the electric and left nails so weak which I never had an issue before for my original salon. Gave them a second try and still had the same issue. Second time, within day 1, one nail broke and by day 3, multiple polish chipped off. I had to find another place to get it fixed. Very disappointed and not going back again. read more

I tried color which is usually not my thing but I am in loveeeee . My pedicure could've been a little more sharp square but she did a good job with shape overall. The nails are given. It's sharp, square , neat. She didn't take long at all. For a new nail salon I love the 20% promo off your total. That will have me coming back . They are a little pricier then my salon but nothing crazy. When you walk in the lighting is very nice and it's very clean. They aren't rude and they acknowledge you soon as you walk in. My daughter was a walk-in. She didn't have to wait as technician Mandy was assigned to work on her powder manicure. My daughter said Mandy did a rush job on her powder manicure. For $45, there was no pushing in or cutting of cuticles. The tech used her fingers to pull out hanging skin instead of a cuticle scissor. Yuck!!!! My daughter's nails were filed but the entire manicure only took about 20 minutes. Mandy didn't seem as if she enjoyed her job and for that much money, we both expected more service than she received. We stopped in because my husband was getting a therapeutic massage next door at the Post Wellness Center and we had to kill time. EXPENSIVE FOR NO DAMN REASON. I wouldn't mind the price if it is that the end result was beautiful, but nope. The nail art is very unappealing. It barely resembles the design that I had asked for and I had shown a picture. I am extremely disappointed. This place is ridiculous. I also got my toes done with regular polish and I was then asked if I want to pay $2 for quick dry. I was baffled n honestly a bit disgusted by the question. I am paying so much money for the service and quick dry is not included? It was a spontaneous trip to the nail salon, but I can assure you that I will NEVER visit them again. Very beautiful interior, but they are obviously money hungry and whatever talent they have, was not displayed. I'm am so tired of being taken advantage of by the service industry and I was going to let it go, like I always do with other business places. But after thinking about the cost and ridiculousness, I am extremely angered. If you can't execute a design, SAY THAT. I am not paying money to be anyone's guinea pig. I would recommend that you save your money and visit somewhere else. You may end up paying a lot of money for mediocre results. UPDATE: I am not sure if compliments are showcased, but I am having a hard time responding to the compliment that was sent to me by this business place. So I will attached it here, along with my response and proof. MY RESPONSE: No tip was given and I never once told you I liked what was on my nails. So I am not sure what impression I gave you that makes you think I liked what was done. I was not happy with the children's writing on my fingernails. That impression was a mistake on your judgement. The fact that you're lying is hilarious. You close at 7pm, and you're saying that I left your salon at 10pm? I have attached proof. On June 5th, the day I came to your salon, I ordered a Uber at 4:47pm, arrived at your salon around 5:13pm. I left your store around 7:35pm, walked to the Popeyes that's 6 minutes away. I went in for a couple of minutes, but the Popeyes was too full, so I ordered an Uber to go to another Popeyes at 7:55pm that took about 5 minutes to come. That was the timeline. I did not stay at your store 3 hours after closing. Your analogy is beyond stupid. #1 I have never been to a McDonald and they charge me for extra ketchup. #2 You ensuring that your customers' nails dry quickly, so that they can LEAVE on time for closing, should be apart of the service. I came to your store, showed you the design, one of your staff took forever to do it POORLY, then my my toes were done with regular polish (like I requested) and while they were drying--you asked me if I want to pay for quick dry and I said no. Me staying 30 MINUTES after closing time was completely your fault. Quick dry should've been included in the service IF you wanted me to leave on time. 30 years of experience and that's what was done? That's very interesting. You should be ashamed. I am not sure if you have 20/20 vision but when I look at the nail designs I don't see twins, I see long long lost cousins. The design that was done does not look like the picture I showed, the words on it aren't even spelt or written correctly. But spelling might not be you and your staffs area of expertise, as shown in your response. How dare you try to insult me with such an invitation. Not only did you lie and try to dismiss me, but you had the audacity to say that the design was done properly. If it was done properly why are you inviting me to your salon to fix the imperfections??? You're contradicting yourself. I said I would NEVER go back to your salon and I meant it. Go use your 30 years of experience on someone else. UPDATE: I still don't know how to respond to compliments on here. So again, I will respond to it in this review section, where I have attached the compliment. MY RESPONSE: You're very silly. You didn't even acknowledge the fact that you lied about the time that I left your salon. It is as though, you are trying to make it seem like I was difficult and gave your staff a hard time. Which was not the case. You are now blaming the crappy work on me. Did you not learn anything about different types of customers during your thirty years of experience? Not every client is going to tell you to correct your work on spot. It is your responsibility as the nail tech to give the client what they are paying you for. And if you fail to do so, it is not the clients responsibility to tell you, the one with experience, where you went wrong. Because you should know, you are the nail tech. Also, I have never been to a nail salon where I am told that quick dry is an additional service. But after all, it is your business, you can do whatever. Fantastic! Spoke to Maggie early before the salon opened and asked a bunch of questions regarding my 93 yo mom who needed her nails and toes cut and filed. She lives in an assisted living not far away. The clincher was I couldn't make an appointment and needed to "walk in" and she said that was fine. That meant everything because i took mom for lunch first and you can never forecast the timing considering service and mom eats slow. We found parking directly in front of store and Lin worked on mom. 20 minutes later, a job well done and mom was happy with her rounded nails. The shop is modern, spacious and extremely clean and well kept. Most paramount, everyone was smiling and we felt welcomed and comfortable. Needed a quick and easy place in the neighborhood to get a manicure - this place was unfortunately a huge mistake. The tech was not only incredibly slow, but sanded my nails down to the point of pain and made me bleed while she was trimming my cuticles. She did not apologize or attempt to clean up/sanitize the wound she created - instead she just laughed and moved on. When she noticed it was still bleeding 15 min later when she went to polish it, she laughed again. This was the worst manicure experience of my life. read more

This place definitely has 5 stars for a reason Let's start with the fact that I walked in on a Friday with no appointment. There were people there but it wasn't too crowded which was awesome. I didn't have to wait 1 second before they say me in the pedicure chair and started on me. Next, the customer service was warm and welcoming from beginning to end. There have been a lot of horror stories about poor customer service and even aggressiveness at nail salons, but this was nowhere near that. I got the green tea pedicure which had so many features that were just awesome and relaxing. My FAVORITE part was the 10-minute calf/foot massage at the end. She set a timer and still gave me some extra time massaging me after it went off but I was still so sad for it to end lol I really like the color I chose and would definitely be open to coming back. The one and only slight "negative" I would add is that it was a bit pricy even before tip (the green tea pedicure with gel color cost $73 with cash or $75 with card) but such is life - you definitely get what you pay for read more
