This was done two weeks prior to my requested appointment. I got an email confirming the appointment, and the email further stated that if i did not show up, my card would be charged for the full amount. Well, i showed up for my appointment, and Iris was NOT EVEN OPEN! I waited for 30 minutes, and finally gave up. I called and left a message, as i did not want my card charged. I think it is so disrespectful to clients to allow online booking but to never confirm said bookings and then to FLAT OUT NOT SHOW UP. I am so disappointed, given the fact that i made this appointment specifically so that i could have lashes for my bachelorette party this week. I can't even comment on the quality of service because this place is so poorly run that i couldn't even get in the front door. So glad i drove in the rain and then waited like an idiot. During the lash application, the technician repeatedly stopped to answer the phone and handle front desk duties. She also took a personal phone call and spoke directly into my ear while applying my lashes, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I expressed my concerns, I was told she was the only person available to manage both services and the front desk. If that's the case, management needs to staff appropriately so clients receive the experience they're paying for. This was not relaxing or acceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place. I previously left this same review on another platform and it was removed, which is also concerning.
