However, on my last visit I paid for individual eyelashes extensions but the lady did clusters. They fell off in 2 weeks! Pedicure and Gel X manicure The place is a nice clean place I went in Monday and I was given a young lady named Amy - nice girl but needs more experience. She did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Massage not that great, she basically rubbed my back and my shoulders. It was laughable. Now to the nails I did Gel X manicures 2 times before and have been doing my nails for the past 15-20 years. First of all the soak off was fine, however this young lady did my nails like she did not know how to do the Gel X application , 1. My nails were crocked had to take off and replace 4 of my nails because they were not put on correctly 2. She put the glue on my nails and waited before applying the tips. No dehydrator or primer was applied. I say this because everyone I did my nails this is the process, I think I could have done a better application. 3. She did not know how to hold the light for my nails Again I have been doing acrylic, builder gel, gel X and gel fill in and the experience with the nail application in comparison was subpar. I went there Monday by Tuesday my left thumb nail was gone, by Wednesday right index finger, Thursday, left ring finger and right pinky all gone. In all my years of doing my nails, I have never had nails practically fly off so quickly. I called the salon on Tuesday said to call back in 15 mins .calked back then told me Amy would need to fix . She was not in but to call owner on Thursday. Called the owner, I already know I was not going to get my money back and know I was not going back for repair, but wanted him to know my experience. I am not for getting rid of anyone because she seems to be a sweet girl but they need to train her to do her job correctly . When going to a salon you are paying your money and should get your moneys worth. This is one nail spa.i will never go back to. However if you read my review and you choose to go there. My wife loves this nail salon. They are professional, clean and the ambiance and staff makes this her go too for her monthly Manicure and pedicure. They offer great gift certificates for any special occasion and they provide a nice bag and sometimes include special gifts. They need better nail techs. They clearly don't know what they are doing. They are over priced. I went in for a fill in and the gel was so thick and I told the tech that it was burning my fingers and she got mad and it said it was my the way my fingers are. I've been getting my nails done for years and not once have my nails burn under the uv. When I didn't tip good they got mad and said it was unacceptable. My nails started peeling days after. I went in today for a mani pedi with my girlfriend and even though I had a bad time, I stuck it out for her-- turns out she had an awful experience too! We started with the massage chairs and our pedicures, things were sweet and the shoppe was busy. I also got the callous remover, which left my foot feeling soft, although the one callous I had on my foot is still there.. During my manicure, the technician cut a bit too quickly and deep in the cuticles, cut a bit of skin that hurt just a bit and my thumb began to bleed. She apologized a few times and I just shrugged it off-- after all was done with the manipedis, my girlfriend had some waxing done, after which she noticed her eyebrows were not evenly done... They waxed two uneven inches between her eyebrows!! We quickly paid and left, she didn't want to deal with them but she was furious. Unfortunately it all depends on what day you come - it's a gamble - you'll have a good or bad experience based on your luck that day. Coco, the owner, is the only person that does lashes and I had a great experience the first time she did mine why wouldn't she do a great job again? I don't know but my experience was horrible. My eyes were burning and irritated, slightly red. She eventually admitted that she did not allow the glue to dry properly. Prior to the application Coco asked what type of lashes I wanted and then requested my phone number to be able to know exactly what style I had previously. I had natural lashes. Great I want that. But that's not what she chose to give me this time despite knowing what I had previously. Why ask for my #? Why look it up to decide another style of her choosing? Coco later admitted she took more time in the application process with me prior and not this time. My eyes are absolutely burning. So I pay and tip her and proceed to leave, eyes irritated and red; I thought the distance was well worth it based on my last experience. But with my vision affected by the lack of care Coco provided, 30 minutes to my destination was not smart in hindsight. But nope I can't leave yet. I had started my car and was about to take off when Coco and another male worker ran to my car to tell me I was not charged correctly. I owed $40 more. Ok, maintained my composure went inside and paid it, anxious to get on my way. Eyes sight slightly improved. Of course they did not suggest the tip that was not deserved absorb the balance. Go to leave and am chased down again in the parking lot because they cannot find their keys and believe I have them. Why would I have their keys? I'm just trying to see well enough to get home. So if my experience appeals to you and you like risk, take the gamble. You never know what you're going to get with Coco and Future Nails. Oh and if you like their dog climbing up on everything during your service and growling at you too, take the risk. read more

Terrible place, yes the place is clean but they are rude and charge for every little thing. I came here to for a pedicure and sns. When asked for a pedicure they started to charge me for everything, like callous removal, and they cut me during the pedicure. I've been to other places a pedicure is a pedicure they don't charge extra for things that should already come with it. Then I got sns and I showed a picture of a design, girl said she could do it, umm no she couldn't very upsetting. They are very pushy and they aren't doing the sns process correct. I came to get my nails done for mothers day. I got tips with SNS gel. Halfway throughout the day my nail broke. I came in the next day asking if I could get my nail fixed. To start the lady at the desk was rude, she said "no come back in 3 hours but before you come make sure to call we might be able to take you." I asked her to please take me it was just that one nail & I couldn't come back. She insisted on no, she also said I could sit at a chair & see for myself no one would help me. I came in asking for silk wrap nails. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and told me I had to wait for the tech who specializes in silk wrap. I had no issue waiting on the tech. Once she was ready for me, she immediately gave me attitude and was telling me why I want silk wrap when there's other newer nail types. I told her that I prefer silk wrap but thank you. She seemed very annoyed to be doing my nails. Oftentimes I sensed she was complaining about having to do my nails to her colleagues but I'll leave it at that. She was rough, cut my skin several times. I honestly feel this was her first time doing silk wrap. She left my nails thick, uneven and bulky. I know once she reads this she'll remember me because I probably was her first silk wrap out of school. Certainly not a great customer experience for me. I am very dissatisfied with the service at this nail place. I have been going to that site before this new management. I brought my son and husband there. My son was injured there a few months ago and never went back. I was there with my husband 9/1/23. He paid and left. When I went to pay, I was charged a second time for his manicure. When I asked why my bill was high, I was told he didn't pay and I was being charged for him. Then they checked and found out my husband already paid! I tipped the person who did my pedicure but not Coco, the owners mother, who was part of the mix up and did not apologize. As I drove away, I got a call from the owner, asking if I tipped Coco. I told him "no". He stated she no longer wants to do my manicures! Tips are not mandatory. I have always tipped in the past. I've lived in east meadow for my whole life and have been to every nail salon in the area. I'd have to say this salon is my favorite by far. Though they are a bit more expensive, they do an incredible job and are very friendly. It's super clean and they are open until 8pm during the week. They do the SNS manicures and have so many colors.
