Every set I've gotten from her has been amazing, and I always leave super happy. What really impressed me is how well my nails hold up. I'm sorry to say that I don't think I'll be going there again. They require you to add your card on file in order to make appointments and hold a percentage of a deposit in order to keep your appointment . Mine was $28 to hold my appointment. They will charge you a fee of $2.99 to pay with your card for the rest of the money that is owed. They need to be transparent with new customers about what and how much they are charging them. You walk in there and there is no menu of how much services are but instead of how much you should tip for services. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be going back for several reasons which someone them is what I have mentioned.

I was asked if I wanted to charge the services but I opted to pay cash instead. I was assured I'd receive a statement via email. Fast forward to the next day and I see a charge on my credit card. I called and explained I paid cash and I was assured the charge would be credited and should show in a few days. I asked again for my statement to be emailed and confirmed my email address. To date I've received the credit to my credit card but if I hadn't noticed the charge would they have automatically credited my account? I was assured my card would not be charged, so why did they charge any services to it? To date I haven't received the emailed statement I was assured I'd receive. It's been over 3 weeks. The manicure was fine. The salon is beautiful. People were friendly and professional but sadly it did not go as I expected as far as payment.

I noticed the manicurist doing my bf pedicure was completely disinterested and rushing through. Whenever we go to salons he purchases the treatments and a clear coat. This spot didn't offer any. My bf was left halfway through his pedicure because the manicurist decided to take another client who walked in. We assumed it was an appointment and figured she would probably get her prepped and go back to him. My pedicure was done and I was already on my way to be seated for my manicure. While he sat for about 15 minutes. I alerted the manicurist working on me that he never got his clear coat and was also getting a simple manicure. She said something to the woman who was working on him originally and there was a little back and forth between the manicurist before the manicurist who was tending to me started working on his hands. She even finished his pedicure too. She did a great job handling the situation and apologizing for something that wasn't her fault. I would've loved to recommend this spot to my girlfriends here but I'm afraid they won't accept the service and be as patient as my bf. One of the biggest issues has been trying to schedule appointments with the nail technician I request. It has consistently been more difficult than it should be, despite my being a long-time customer. I shouldn't have to fight to book with the technician I prefer. I've also had multiple experiences where my nails looked fine when I left the salon, but by the time I reached my destination, the polish wasn't fully dry or something had already been damaged. When I returned to have the issue corrected, I was often made to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff. The reality is, if the service had been done properly the first time, I wouldn't have had to come back. Another concern has been the level of customer service. On several occasions, the manager, Vicky, has come across as dismissive, unprofessional, and unnecessarily confrontational in her interactions with customers. The way concerns are communicated matters just as much as the resolution itself. In contrast, Joyce has consistently demonstrated a much more professional, respectful, and courteous approach. Even when addressing an issue, her delivery reflects good customer service, and that difference is noticeable. I also find it unprofessional when staff members begin speaking in another language while actively addressing a concern that involves me, especially without including me in the conversation. I understand that employees may naturally speak their preferred language with one another. However, when it happens during a customer interaction, it can make a customer feel excluded and leave the impression that they are being discussed. Whether or not that is the case, it creates an uncomfortable experience and does not reflect the level of professionalism I expect as a paying customer. I've also noticed that some customers appear to receive a different level of treatment than others. Every paying customer deserves the same respect, attention, and professionalism. I work hard for my money, and I have every right to advocate for the service I want. Asking for quality work and respectful customer service should never be treated as a problem. After five years of supporting this business, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Loyalty should be appreciated, not taken for granted. I no longer feel valued as a customer, and I would rather spend my money at a business where professionalism, consistency, and customer service are priorities.

Joy (my nail tech) is such a pleasure and always leaves my nails looking fantastic. The other nail techs are also very friendly and do a great job too. I've tried gel manicures, dip powder and now UV gel. They also have a huge variety of colors and keep current with nail trends. Most recently I tried magnetic polish which I LOVED. They're spa pedicures are also amazing!! | look forward to how smooth my feet feel after their callous treatment. As a working mom, I look forward to my appointment every 2 weeks.
