I called and let them know, they we nice and told me to come in to get them fixed. A guy fixed the four messed up nails on that Sunday. I noticed he added another step that the lady did not do. I told him and he said that was weird but he still only fixed the four broken ones. Now two days later all the other 6 that he hadn't fixed are cracked, breaking or off completely. I'm so disappointed because I spent $38 for nails that didn't even last me one week. I definitely will not be going back to them for SNS and I recommend that you consider elsewhere.

The manicurist started working on me while another customer's nails were still drying and completed my manicure in about 10 minutes total. Unfortunately, the quality of the manicure reflected the rushed service. The polish application was uneven, sloppy, and lacked attention to detail. Overall, the manicure felt careless, and I left very unsatisfied with both the experience and the results. I even returned and asked the manager to fix one nail, but at this point I'll need to get an entirely new manicure elsewhere. Definitely not the level of service or quality I expected

It's also extremely clean; All of the tools are freshly packaged, there are liners in the tubs for pedicures, and the thing that they scrub your heel with is a single use stick on! I just got a basic pedicure and added a 10 min foot massage, and then a manicure. Everything was great. My polish looks perfect and they were not too harsh around the cuticles which a lot of other places I've been to are. The timing was also perfect-they took enough time that you don't feel rushed and do a great job, but they are also fast and efficient. I think my technician may have been the owner and she was incredible. I meant to get her name but I didn't. It's hard to decide where to get your nails done when there are places on every block in LI, but I would highly recommend this spot and I will definitely be coming back here when I need a mani/pedi

That was definitely my last visit. At the end of my service Sunny told me how much I owed her. I paid using a credit card and a gift certificate. I was in the process of taking cash out of my wallet for a tip. I laid $5 on the counter and then she handed me the receipt to sign for the credit card. I stopped taking more cash out to sign the receipt. Of course, I was planning on giving her more than $5. I just stopped to sign the receipt.
