I think I've found my new nail salon. Going away tomorrow and decided this morning I needed a mani and pedi. Luckily I called early enough this morning at 10:45 to get squeezed in at 11am. When I arrived I was started immediately. Very carefully my pedicure was performed perfectly. My finger nails needed extensions, sns powder, with gel and a sweet design. I couldn't be happier. I love the matching color, my nails shape and the softness of my feet. I'm looking forward to returning. read more

Before starting service I asked the owner if she had anyone available to do a French design in pointy style nails. She said yes. The nail tech was so nasty with me, Nail technician wasn't to pleasant. Shaved my right hand nails down changed the shape despite me explaining the design and begging her to keep my nail shape. After noticing , i brought attention to her attention and asked for her to make sure they were even the tech became upset because i wanted her to do my nails the way I WANTED IT, and left me at the table with my right hand shaved in a round shape and my left hand nail long and coffin shape. I asked the owner to chime in and she told me to return the next day so they can do my nails because she is busy and doesn't have anyone to fix my nails. Very unprofessional rude and I couldn't believe she chopped my nails and left without fixing. Overall I found a nice clean place near by that helped me and did my nails beautiful. So my daughter raved about this place so I decided to give it a try. She said the chairs are comfy and Rosa is super nice. Well I booked my appointment and figured I was good to go. Well to each his own. I did have Rosa as a technician and on this day my appointment was irrelevant. I Wasn't too pleased with the 30 minute wait despite making an appointment. Also there wasn't a recommendation for my dry winter skin. However, the technician did recommend a opaque nail color instead of the sheer pink which I picked out. I am so glad I found this gem!!!! The owner Rosa is SO nice and accommodating! I had powder that needed to be removed and even though it took foreverrrrr she still did it! I came with my mom and aunt and all 3 of us loved the services we got! I got black powder on my nails and a French tip pedicure! They offer wonderful service, immaculately clean environment, and affordable prices!!! I could go on and on about how happy and grateful I am for this experience. Carmen did my powder nails and shaped it just how I like it. Before them I was driving 30 min to get my nails done. Now I'll always be going here since it's only a 10 minute drive from me. 10/10. I came to visit Rosa's in December before the snowstorm for a last-minute gel manicure and regular pedicure. From the second I walked in the door, I was greeted by Rosa herself! It was such a nice and welcoming atmosphere throughout my time there. I like to keep it simple with my nails, but they encouraged to try something new at least once with my nails. I came to get a sns service on my nails done on Wednesday & by Thursday my nails were already chipping . When I came back for my nail to get fixed Friday , they acted like they were soo annoyed . By the next Wednesday 3 of my nails had big chunks of the sns chopped off of which cause my natural nails to break as well . I came back in to show them them my nails completely ruined & I was told that I had to wait until Monday because they are backed up . So basically I have to go thru the weekend with these horrible nails that are at high risk of breaking even more . They're attitudes were disgusting as if I did something to them . Obvious they need to learn new skills because nails are not they're niche . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone Not to mention , one of my nails were filed completely crooked & when I brought it to her attention as she was filing , she said " that's how your nails are " DISGUSTING!!!
