Absolutely amazing! This is the only place you will ever need for your nails and feet!…read more I waited two weeks and two days after my first visit to write this review because I wanted to make sure my nails and pedicure truly lasted and they did! Today, both my manicure and pedicure look just as beautiful as they did the day I left the salon. My teenage daughter and I got two pedicures and two dip powder manicures, and with my birthday coming up, they went all out with the glitter nails. They were absolutely beautiful! The owner told us that the salon was named after her daughter and somehow that made the experience even more special. Needless to say, when my daughter and I left, we looked at each other and said, "We found our forever spot!" The staff, service, attention to detail, and overall experience were amazing. They were even able to fit us in last minute, which we truly appreciated. If you're looking for a place where you can relax, be pampered, and leave with beautiful, long-lasting nails and feet, make your appointment at Cici's Nails. You will not be disappointed! We absolutely loved our experience and hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Joy (my nail tech) is such a pleasure and always leaves my nails looking fantastic. The other nail techs are also very friendly and do a great job too. I've tried gel manicures, dip powder and now UV gel. They also have a huge variety of colors and keep current with nail trends. Most recently I tried magnetic polish which I LOVED. They're spa pedicures are also amazing!! | look forward to how smooth my feet feel after their callous treatment. As a working mom, I look forward to my appointment every 2 weeks.

Everyone who works here does an amazing job and is very friendly. I've been to Rosa, Kim, Gina, and Stella! Everyone is great! I suggest making an appointment because sometimes they're super busy on days you wouldn't expect. ROSA is my go to! Amazing mani/pedis and wonderful back massages. Hands of a goddess! Lol Honestly, make sure you treat yourself to a ten minute massage!

I didn't say anything but I did say I didn't want to get my eyebrows done anymore and she charged me $30 for regular pedicure, which was always notably less for all my prior appointments. My manicure & pedicure also came out really bad so it was not worth the $65 before tip lol. Everyone else at the salon is great - but unfortunately I don't think I'll be coming back.

So where do I begin with this place? So this is definitely not my regular salon. Unfortunately, I…read moreforgot MY nail place was closed Tuesday and I was stuck in a pinch. So I gave this place a go. This nail salon was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I urge you to take your money elsewhere. To begin, the woman who greeted me (rather cold) had a face mask on and was knitting on the couch...This is not your living room! This is a place of business! Talk about unprofessional. So instead of being judgmental right off the bat, I tried to form some kind of conversation with this woman. She was extremely impatient with me, very short and was constantly checking her cell phone when doing my nails. When you're doing someone's nails, I understand phone calls happen and you must tend to them...i.e jotting down apts. However, it must of been a friend/relative because she was shouting and making the experience unbearable. She even chucked one of her nail tools at one point. I literally had to take my AirPods out and plug them in to my ears. I was willing to do anything to block her out..mind you, I'm the only one in the salon. Then she proceeds by being extremely aggressive with my hands (twisting and turning them all sorts of ways) Then yelling at me to relax. Don't catch an attitude with me because you can't nicely ask me to turn my fingers a certain way. I got the SNS powder, a cute little ombré moment and just guess how much it cost me for a MANICURE? 60 bucks! The audacity. My go to lady is 40 (sometimes less) and I tip her so nicely. When I tried to pay at the end, the machine conveniently didn't work so I had to go out of way and run to a bank. I was so tempted to not tip this lady but I did out of the kindness of my own heart. The color itself was nice, but she filed the heck out of my nails. One in particular looked so unnatural. Please beware of this kind of service. An attitude goes a LONG way with me. I'm so thankful for my regular nail place. This was a last minute decision before vacation. Always stick to your tried and true...lesson learned! I will never come back. Please treat your costumers with more respect.
