We had to jump from chair to chair about three times to have all these different women pick up where the last woman left off. The design I chose was simple (I've been doing my nails for years now and this is one of the simplest designs I've chosen) but for some reason they still struggled to understand what to do and how to do it. Near the end, some appointments came and they began rushing. Two women began working on me at the same time. One hand in the air crossed and the other one at the woman in front of me (see picture); it was honestly a shit show. For two simple sets, my cousin and I ended leaving at 1:30 pm. 10:50 am to 1:30 pm. Come on now. They ended up charging me $120 for just my nails (never have I gotten charged that much for something so simple). And then had the audacity to laugh at the $10 tip I left after all of that. Joy (my nail tech) is such a pleasure and always leaves my nails looking fantastic. The other nail techs are also very friendly and do a great job too. I've tried gel manicures, dip powder and now UV gel. They also have a huge variety of colors and keep current with nail trends. Most recently I tried magnetic polish which I LOVED. They're spa pedicures are also amazing!! | look forward to how smooth my feet feel after their callous treatment. As a working mom, I look forward to my appointment every 2 weeks.
