He was only able to complete half the job the first day and told me there were some problems with the delivery of the TURF. He told me the TURF was taking longer to come in than expected but would complete the job later next week. I paid half of the overall estimate as a deposit for the job. And that is where everything ended. Tim has never come back to finish the job, my flower beds are just filled with rocks, despite numerous attempts to call, text, and email ... Tim will not return my calls or refund the price I've paid for a job that was left incomplete.
