They came out, provided quotes, but were not licensed with the state. Jean Paul responded with a price and what was included. After a little back and forth, I asked him to inspect the job in person, which he did. He confirmed his price, and submitted an official quote. I was able to obtain our permit, HOA approval, verify JPQ Construction and Jean Paul were both licensed with Maryland state, as well verify the company's liability insurance. Other than a small hiccup with the start date due to not contacting Miss Utility, this project went really well. Jean Paul and his team are really nice to work with, did great work, and insures his work. We will work with him again!
