Located inside Heathrow Airport, we stopped here for lunch on my first time at the airport. My wife and daughter shared the club sandwich (4/5) and very much enjoyed it. I ordered the twelve inch margarita pizza (4.5/5). The crust (5/5) was excellent, nice and crisp at the edges, bendy in the middle. The cheese was generous and lightly spiced with basil. The sauce was light and sweet and delicious! Service was very good (4/5), ambiance was ok, some seating is better than others. Our food came out in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommended!

The food was definitely deeeelicious. Especially the chicken Tikka masala. Service was pleasant with a smile. The ambiance was very relaxing and secluded. I will be back again

Food was pretty good, although the bread crust was a little dry for me. The unfortunate part was the service I had asked for one of their desserts at the same time I ordered the meal. But the dessert never came. It took a long time to try and get somebody's attention after eating what happened to the dessert? Someone went to ask, and I still didn't get it after sitting there for over half an hour when it should've come with the rest of the meal. I gave up then had to wait for someone to show up so that I could pay so that I catch the last leg of my flight. I say don't waste your time. There's another restaurant on the opposite end in terminal that is so much better. Which explains why it's always crowded.

This gem is situated at Heathrow airport, the food is delicious fresh good flavor. The staff helpful smiling. Good price and good customer services. The fish was moist and crispy from the outside. It's a 5 stars restaurant at the airport situated at Terminal 5 not to far from Gate 19.

Stopped off for bite while killing time for our flight. Menu is quite limited. Service was slow as it seemed like the waiter was the only one in our section. Overall, it was good.

Has a layover from Egypt to London and but was I starving. I wanted a good meal that would be fulfilling. Decided to stop at Pilots Bar and Kitchen and was happy I did. I got the Pilot burger and it was a hit! I need something to wake me up so I decided to get the expresso martini. It actually did the Mmmm what I needed it to do. Monica was our waitress and she made sure to greet us and take our orders quickly. If you have a layover in London you should def check it out

Shout out to Walter who made our jetlagged brunch/lunch/whatever-meal-it-was extremely memorable. Even though we were only at LHR for a short time, he made us feel at home. This is above average airport food. It's at the end of terminal 5 near a large seating section. While we were there it seemed more relaxed than the main part of the terminal, probably because it's a bit removed rom the shops and the other gates. It made for a relaxing dining experience. We each enjoyed our meals. My husband had the English breakfast and I had the Eggs Royale which consisted of two poached eggs on toasted English muffin halves with smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce. Plus--because we were at LHR--we each ordered tea which came in massive shiny pots and provided more than enough tea for a long sit-down brunch. Not sure this is a great place if you're in a rush since the food takes some time--but since we had a longer layover, I'm glad we chose to spend some time here.

Stopped here waiting for our flight back home, the service is good. We ordered the chicken club sandwich and the Cesar salad. I have got to say they have one of the best salads I've ever eaten, on the other hand the chicken club sandwich was a bit to bland for me and dry. I wish it had a little more seasoning on it. Overall, a beautiful place, not to much of a wait. Would like to try this place again when I'm ever flying in the area.

If you are in the Heathrow airport you have to stop here and try their fish and chips. Their fried are well seasoned and the fish was so light and perfectly flaky which tasted great with the lemon juice, tartar sauce and green peas. They did have some other good food items on the menu like the chicken parmigiana sandwich but the fish and chips were oN point.

I received prompt service (~10:00). Breakfast, sandwiches and wraps before 11:00. The chicken club sandwich was better than I expected - the bread was interesting and avocado was ripe. Side salad was fine - mixed greens and not heavily dressed. This is a quieter alternative to the bustle of Huxley's on the other side of the terminal. The menu selection is smaller but the classics are available

Caesar salad (without the chicken and bacon) and a side of fries.

It's a lounge for First British Airways customers located in Terminal 5 at London Heathrow. The most premium feature of our visit was being able to dine in the private pre-flight dining booths. This is basically a restaurant-type experience. The food (we ate breakfast) was good and the high partitions in the dining area gave a nice sense of privacy. The service was top-notch and this was the best part of visiting The Concorde Room. After eating, we camped out in the lounge for what was thought to be about an hour, but turned into 3 hours with multiple flight delays. Good news is that the lounge is nice and does offer some outdoor dining as well, so there was plenty of natural light, but the lounge could've benefited from more partitions and more privacy. The decor is fine, but lacked the elevation and sophistication of other first class lounge products. The part where The Concorde Room loses a star is in the bathrooms. They are rather small, gender-neutral restrooms with poor lighting and they really felt like something you would've seen in just a regular terminal. Nothing luxurious about the restrooms whatsoever. Overall, The Concorde Room definitely delivers in the dining realm, but loses its luxury focus in other aspects of its execution.

This lounge has the space as in a huge area, the relaxed vibe, the very comfortable chairs and sofas to make this the perfect stop and break when taking that 15-20 hour flight to Asia with the one stop in London. Well this stop is the best. The team here is outstanding. They have a greeter 30 feet outside the entrance. There have always been 3 staff members at the check in which is in seconds. Love the selection and top shelf beverage and wine variety. Really love the ice cream cart. Get a genuine and full English breakfast here. The handy QR codes make it so easy and convenient to order and instantly receive food, drinks and amenities right at one's seat. Enjoy the ultimate shopping experience as you jump on the " Reserve and Collect" computers to reserve and shop from any store or boutique at the airport. All this while checking out the sun teasing with a ten second appearance and the planes entering and exiting the gates a few hundred feet away The team here keeps the buffet stocked and picks up used plates in a jiffy. The sad part is leaving after settling into that beautiful LazyBoy armchair and hopping on the sometimes crowded elevator( excuse me lift) as the escalators going down are temporarily out. First Class all the way.

We didn't have a whole lot of time between connections to order from the QR menu which could have made this review higher. First of all, it's a modern looking lounge with great accommodations. I love that they have a row of private & clean restrooms that have their own sink and scented diffusers. They are very spacious with no unpleasant smells that I could detect despite it being a public restroom. It appeared to be very well-maintained. The coffee & tea bar was a huge highlight. It had French croissant pastries and Union Hand-Roasted Coffee. It was the best part of the lounge in my opinion. The views of the runway were also wonderful. We saw some very large jumbo planes taking off and landing from our comfy seats. It was a relaxing lounge. We were there at breakfast time. The breakfast bar had a good variety. It could have been better had the English muffins been toasted. I'm not sure why British Airways doesn't have toasters in their lounges. What's the point of having butter nearby? I tried to make a bacon roll out of it, and it just didn't work for me. My husband asked if there was any way to toast it, and they said no. So, they won't toast it for you. I did see other rolls there that may have been a better choice but I'd already placed the muffin on my plate. Other than that, it was an okay buffet for a British breakfast. I didn't see the ice cream cart that everyone talks about. That may be because it was too early for that. There's a good selection of alcohol as well. I have a feeling that ordering from the made-to-order menu is the way to go here, and especially if they have that Loch Fyne salmon that I had on the way back from Edinburgh. It was still a nice upgrade from the typical British Airways Lounge. Hopefully I can update this review again when we return.

Reason being relative to the amount of traffic this terminal gets, the lounge capacity is very limited. The waitlist can be up 45+ minutes and it's not guaranteed that everyone on the waitlist can enter before they need to board their flight. This time it appeared they were giving some priority to people who had to board sooner as long as I was willing to share a table with another customer. In this lounge the staff assign seats to each customer which isn't something you usually see, though made sense based on the small size. Since I had only about 15 minutes prior to boarding time I wasn't choosy about comfort, really just wanted to grab a quick breakfast prior to getting on the flight, so this was fine by me. There's a small bar with breakfast selection of the day being "English breakfast" items: scrambled eggs, baked beans, crispy bacon, sausage. They also had some fruit/veg juices, pancakes (via a nifty little pancake machine), a bar with limited alcoholic drinks, and regular coffee/tea options. Functional enough for a quick stop though less comfortable than some other international lounges in terms of space, but still better than many lounges in the US when comparing quality of food.

We were there around 8am and the Louis Vuitton store adjacent to it was already open as well for folks who were in the mood to shop. When I asked for sugar it was served shaped as a monogram flower. The napkin had a monogram flower and it was just so classy-ly done. What stood out to me was the croissant being brought by the chef himself and it was massive. There was powdered sugar sprinkled on top with the monogram flower shown in the sugar. The chocolate filling was made with some of the best chocolate one could have and the croissant itself was so flaky. It probably took me at least five to ten minutes to finish it because it was that big. Staff here was pretty friendly and I loved the touch of the bar decorated with three beautiful louis vuitton trunks.
