The staff are incredible and include personal trainers, stretch and massage therapists, an onsite physical therapy practice (Michael is brilliant) and IV/peptide therapy. The gym is bright, spacious and pristine clean with an impressive selection of top notch equipment and never feels crowded. I recently added the unlimited infrared/red light therapy sauna option to my membership and am addicted to ending my gym time in the sauna for detox and relaxation - well worth it! I guess it's totally normal to run people out and curse at them. The owner said hes had situations like this himself. So go here if you are a sadist that wants to be abused

He's the only boy but feels part of the Planet Cheer family. When the owner, Christine, handed out bows for the girls, she had a beanie and cool stuff just for him that he could be excited about as well. The coaches are amazing! At one point while doing roll ups without cues at all I was struggling to see what others were doing and I actually heard the instructor laugh at me. Then at the end she didn't even ask how the class went, she just said that will be $40 glad I could get you in. I just wish the instructor didn't have the class open to the public or had let me know she wouldn't be doing a lot of instruction during the class because all I heard were the ladies chit chatting and the instructor softly counting in the background.
