Michael francy and the older head coach are so abrasive and this seriously abrasive, I don't care mentality. Are they here to coach. Nope. The facility: The front desk staff are literally doing nothing but the facility is sooooooo dirty. From class to class they for SURE don't clean a thing. My clothes are filthy after every class. There is built up dirty dust and grime everywhere. Bathrooms are sooooo gross. Every time you want in everything is not cleaned. During Covid it was even worse! They do nothing at all to reduce contact. I have never seen them clean a machine. Stating process: They make you buy there $120 band. Mine did not work. Every time I would ask them to find one that works and it would just shut off and honestly was such a pain. The team messed up so much and made it sooo difficult to be a member. Friendliness and management: Dismal. I know they pay there people nothing but the short while I was there they went though 4 "managers" but I feel they let anyone be a manager there if they can tie there shoes. Jordan there was soooo friendly and incredible but she was the only one. There manager is I credit airheaded and honestly on the edge of rude. Just so dismissive. If you ever had a problem she would blow you off and roll her eyes. Great job being a manager rolling your eyes. Myself and 7 others are so sick of the staff here (other than Jordan) she's the only one that does anything. Conclusion: Choose your attitude before you come to work. Coaches coach and seriously be genuine. Don't call people out in front of the whole class for something wrong. We understand you hate your lives but don't do that. Don't bite at your students too. It happens way to much. CLEAN YOUR STUDIO. ITs embarrassing. Seriously clothes being filthy after a work out. And no Covid prep to clean machines after. Your being cheap making members clean and 90% of people just leave the machine without cleaning. If the state found out you weren't cleaning anything between classes it would be an issue. And just be kind. Be sweet to your members. There can be people going through something you will never see. Your poor attitude in management or teaching a class leave it at the door.

After liking my experience going with her, I decided to get my own Black Card membership, since there are times I want to go when she's not going. I've been here several times since and can recommend this PF. They've managed to get away from the typical negative stereotypes around gym membership. First, you pay month to month, so there's no ongoing commitment or contracts that are impossible to get out of. $25/month seems like a very reasonable amount to pay considering what all you get. If you join and decide it's not for you, just stop, There's a mix of all different types of people at different points in their fitness journey coming here. I've never seen anyone here who appears to feel uncomfortable just trying to find their place. The Black Card benefits are great. Completing a workout with time in the chair/bed massage area is great. Also, staff is always at the front desk, and everyone is friendly. I haven't visited any other location yet, but it's nice to know that feature is included in the monthly fee.
