Josh is the owner/trainer and offers Boot Camp classes held out of Alpha Gymnastics gym before they open. As of now, the classes are at 6:30A Wed and 7:30A Sat(OUCH) and I've attended one of each the past week. 6-8 students on Wed and 10-15 Sat. About 60-70% women so a nice mix for a fitness class. It's like high school gym class on crack but Josh is SUPER-FANTASTIC and tries to push you to your limit while providing alternatives to people with injuries. He has such creative exercises and makes it a fun time. After Wednesday's class, my abs and inner thighs knew I did a HARD workout. The gym is extremely hard to find, even with 2 GPS's so make sure you speak with Josh beforehand about directions if you plan to check it out. I was driving around in the dark for 20 minutes thinking I'd have to return home without my workout. Would have killed me so I kept looking til I ended up going through an alley that ended up being the right way.

I was never really a "gym goer" so the process of researching and looking for a gym in the Castle Rock area was a little intimidating. But everyone was so welcoming and answered all my questions. I was new to CrossFit and wasn't sure what to expect. The way they have it structured is set up in a way that anyone can do it. I have had previous sports injuries and was a little apprehensive to the intensity of CrossFit but their color scheme programming allowed me to stay within a comfort level and was able to progress at a safe pace. I've been a member now for approx 3 weeks and highly recommend this gym to anybody who is looking for a great workout with a positive atmosphere. Every workout has scaled versions for all levels of fitness.

Joe and Clarissa are the best! (Just don't ask me in the middle of one of their challenging…read moreworkouts...lol) But seriously, they know their stuff and they have been kicking my middle-aged butt back into shape...as well as for my wife. The nice thing about Joe and Clarissa is that they are really attentive to your needs and goals and helping you get from where you are to where you want to be. If you have injuries or special needs they always will modify the exercises in order to keep you safe but still give you a great workout. Since working out at their fitcamps I have lost weight and gained muscle (which my wife has commented on), but the best part is that my knees no longer ache when I go up and down stairs and I feel more energized...and I know I could sprint after my daughter to catch her if I needed to. Highly recommend Constant Motion Fitness! As a side note, I never thought to ask them when I got started, but I know now that they are licensed and insured which is unfortunately somewhat of a rarity in the personal training world. So if you are looking at other trainers make sure you ask them their credentials and if they are insured.

I purchased the Living Social deal for unlimited Boot Camps for a month…read more I mostly attended the Scripps Ranch Tues/Thurs Boot Camps with Jordan and I have attended the Wednesday Rancho Penasquitos Camp with Joe once. Both were really great! Joe incorporates a lot of props and games into the workout that always make it fun and interesting, and he is very helpful about correcting your form and explaining the science behind the exercise. Jordan does not bring any props, but his workouts are PLENTY hard. Jordan is an athlete and a lot of his workouts are sports based, which I really enjoy. He incorporates a lot of core strength, squats and cardio for an all-over great workout. I am always sore after Jordan's bootcamps and have noticed significant improvement in my strength. The classes are predominately female, with a couple men showing up sporadically. Positives: + Convenient times and locations + Beautiful outdoors park settings + Positive, encouraging trainers (This is not your scary "military" style bootcamp) + Fun and challenging workouts for all levels (You get what you put into it) + Something different every time so you don't get bored! + Small class sizes so you get plenty of personal attention (Ranged from 5 to 15 people) I definitely feel like I got my money's worth from these boot camps! I had him over at my place the other night, and unbeknownst to me, Michael took it upon himself to steal a personal item of mine that did not belong to him. It's a true slap in the face when you open your doors to someone just for them to have an inside hidden agenda that they were going to steal something from you. He has a nice body, but his dick is literally the size of my pinky finger and has absolutely nothing going for himself. I meant to say if you book a session with him just please don't bring anything with you at all. He may steal it. Things like: headphones, hair clipper set, cologne, anything that is easy to carry in his pockets. Ultimately, I hate that I had to go through this because I genuinely felt that he was a great guy but considering the fact that he lied to me about his actual name was enough for me right there. The trainers all get along with one another and take pride in their environment. They are all self employed so the fees vary depending on the trainer you are using. I love that I never have to worry about my trainer (Anna R) showing up! She is there and smiling and ready. No judgments and taking things at my pace. I have also trained with Nick H. who also was always there, always ready for the next challenge.

No other words to describe how I feel about f45 except OBSESSED!…read more I've NEVER before actually purchased a membership anywhere else, deterred by what I thought was too expensive a package option and perhaps a lack of that magic feeling to really seal the deal. I randomly stumbled upon F45 through an Instagram promotion after having just delivered my first baby. Gave it a shot in my effort to get back into shape, thinking it would be just another trial, and here I am 5 months later and logging over 100 classes in what I now consider to be my second home. A lot of gyms tout COMMUNITY as a core tenet of their fitness offerings, but I've only ever really felt and experienced this familial spirit at F45 CE. Having traveled to other studios around the US, I can hands down say that the F45 CE family is truly something special and unlike any other fitness family you would've experienced. I do not have enough words to recommend F45 CE any more except to say that coming here would be one of the best, life altering decisions you could make for yourself. This is the strongest and fittest I've ever been, and I can only hope to keep adding to all the happy memories and my class count here over the years to come!
