I have had previous sports injuries and was a little apprehensive to the intensity of CrossFit but their color scheme programming allowed me to stay within a comfort level and was able to progress at a safe pace. First, you pay month to month, so there's no ongoing commitment or contracts that are impossible to get out of. $25/month seems like a very reasonable amount to pay considering what all you get.
