That being said, it's they best buying experience we have ever had. Mark, Daniel, Dianna and Ty were all very receptive to our needs -- any concerns were addressed in a very timely manner. And a neighbor told me recently that MBI came back to fix the sliding screen door damaged by his granddaughter long after the warranty expired -- they only charged for supplies -- that is great customer service. Also, MBI Contractors was the 2018 People's Choice Winner for Best Home Builder in Teller County, Colorado. Thanks to Mark and your team for our beautiful mountain home!
