I had him return to paint my master bedroom, master bathroom, laundry room, and my children's bathroom. He did bring someone with to assist him, which is no problem so I'm not quite sure if the issue is with the original painter or the help. The problem I ran into is I have textured walls so I know they are a little bit more difficult to get a good coverage with paint. However, I had to go back and do quite a few touchups and even now a few months later, I am noticing spots that need to be touched up as well. I did not have this problem with the original first job I had him do. This second job was much bigger. He also did not remove light fixtures or blinds or curtain, rods, etc. like a previous painter had done so now when I have gone to change light fixtures, I now have to repaint the ceiling, etc.. It is unfortunate because I was going to have him paint the outside of my home as well, but with this change in quality, I am concerned. The first job I would give a five out of five the second job I would give a two out of five so well average out for 2.5 He did say when he was finished with the second job if there was any areas I wanted him to touch up, he would return, which I feel is great on his part but I also don't feel like I should have to pay someone to come back to finish their work.

On the day of installation, Tracy arrived on time, and made sure that our property, (inside and out) were protected from any excess dust while the work took place. Tracy took care in not damaging any trim or siding during the process. It was necessary to adjust the header, and frame as well as the hardwood floor inside the entryway.
