We just moved 3 weeks ago and my 3 kids left behind the only house they have known. They also left behind their beloved playset. At closing they met the little girl who was going to enjoy the playset for years to come and we promised them that the new big kid house (with no baby safety things) brings big kid toys. Backyard Dreams was wonderful to deal with. We had bad luck with another playset builder who never showed up and a different one we never heard back from for a quote to assemble a used Rainbow Playset we had purchased. Joey was quick to reply to all questions and is well organized and extremely professional. It ended up being a blessing in disguise that the other two folks fell through and we happened upon them. Our assembler Ryan was early for the installation which was great since I was able to get to work on time and was incredibly kind as well. Our son is a talker for sure and he was very patient with him and talked to him while I was packing his things for school. When we came home the structure was perfectly assembled and looked amazing and was also very sturdy as well. We have a fairly level yard but Ryan did still take the extra care to get the set perfectly level which was a great bonus. I would recommend this company for any assembly or reassembly of playset and hope to do business with them again for other backyard play projects! read more

We purchased an AlleyOOP trampoline from Joey at Backyard Dreams. I initially emailed an inquiry in the evening and was surprised to get a reply that same night from Joey. He then sent another email to follow-up with me a few days later, which showed that he did want my business. He was able to deliver the trampoline the same day that I decided to purchase even though he wasn't able to install until a few days later. My kids were very impatient and wanted to put it together ourselves so he gave me a few tips and offered any phone help if we needed. We were successful in our attempt to install but it was still nice to know that Joey was just a phone call away or available to come within a few days if we needed him. We had been to a couple of places before ending up here and it was really refreshing to have an adult talking to us about the product. We purchased an Allly Oop trampoline from Backyard Dreams earlier this spring. We have three kids and I don't think a day has gone by since April that at least one of them hasn't enjoyed jumping on it. It can seem like quite an investment up front, and gracious knows there are many other cheaper trampolines available, but the old adage "you get what you pay for" is never more true than when it comes to trampolines.
