The staff and the coaches are very welcoming to all fitness levels and were great about getting me going at a level I could do without injuring myself. I schedule my classes around my work schedule so I see a lot of different coaches and I have enjoyed them all. Another great thing about this studio is there are always new challenges, or community engagement activities that members can participate in. In the 2+ months I've been going here, I've changed my body shape and my clothes fit better, I feel better and I have a new 'tribe'. Love the people here, love the workout and am so glad I tried that first free class. I have felt so welcome from the moment I walked through the doors. It is such a fun, positive and supportive gym environment with all skill levels and ages. Burn is now a part of my daily routine and is the best part of my day. I'm challenged daily and can see improvements in my physique and endurance in the 2 months I've been going. They truly care about each member's progress and are always there to offer guidance and support. I stopped in to take 6 classes this week while I was back and had the pleasure of taking two of Coach Danielle's classes. She's absolutely incredible! She has the best energy, welcomes everyone in and socializes with the members, is engaged during classes across all of the stations, is great at demo'ing and correcting form/posture, and had great music to tie it all up. Easy to book since there is an array of classes throughout the day and a well laid out studio where you're not bumping into others. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and welcoming and introduced me to the coach before again....again....this rarely happens and I appreciate the personal touch. I'm the type that needs someone rooting for me and pushing me while I work out or else I don't give it my all. You rotate through 3 areas , cardio, row machine and CrossFit. It's nice that it's broken up because TBH I count the minutes until any workout is done! The goal is to get your heart rate in the orange zone to get your body burning fat! Be sure to hydrate and have a snack before to fuel your work out because it will be TOUGH! I signed up for the 8 sessions per month for $99. Orange Theory helped me lose weight more quickly than just walking. I quit after I got to my goal weight. I plan to return to get into better shape and lose the regained lbs. The patrons there range from overweight to very fit. And everything in between. The trainers are VERY fit, buff and toned. When I brought this up the manager apologized and said he refunded the money, but he did not and then he stopped responding to emails. I went here religiously for about three years and saw the good coaches, won multiple events and really liked it. But the coaches left and the new ones were nowhere near the quality of the others and the equipment started breaking down and would not get fixed. The microphone screeched and the music was way too loud and awful. Seems like a business taking its members for granted.

The studio is dimly lit, which is great because you don't feel like all eyes are on you even if you are using light weights or going slower than others. I have never been a fan of treadmills but the short drills of differing times, speeds, and inclines make the time go quickly. All of the trainers are genuinely friendly and encouraging. After just a few weeks, I feel so much stronger and have much more endurance. I feel much better in my own body. Love it!
