The best way to describe Burn Boot Camp?! Life-changing!!!…read more I was in a massive workout slump and needed a lifestyle change. I joined in April 2024 and my perspective on working out and being healthy has vastly improved since then. With the amazing community, taking camps no longer feel like a chore and the 45 minutes of exercise is like a mindset reset that propels my day. The trainers are topnotch, every single one of them. Each one brings a unique vibe to each camp and they always make sure that you are doing your 100%. The other thing that can't be beat are the childwatch staff. They make sure that your kiddos are being loved on while also having fun. It's a productive area for a wide range of ages where they can read, work on some art and play with toys. I'm seriously so glad I took a chance! If you feel hesitant, they offer a free trial and you won't regret it!

I absolutely love this place. First, the people are amazing. High energy, positive, meet you where…read moreyou are type of vibe. I joined the gym in May 2024, and have loved every second of it. What do I enjoy most: the pace you're able to work at. You can push yourself, you can be injured and modify workouts, you receive encouragement regardless of the level. I love starting my morning with the 5:10am class. I enjoy the coaches and their energy. Coach Calley is the one I vibe with the most. Her positive yet I'm going to push you, give you hard time, and hold you accountable in a loving way drives me. She's always thinking of ways to make classes fun and hard at the same time. Trust me she will have you doing burpees by the time she's done with you. 5 out of 5 I recommend this gym. The split of boxing and strength classes helps you achieve your goals. So if you've made it this far, give Rumble Southlands a try, tell them Dosh (Doshia) sent you! The new you starts today!

We were looking for a gym that was more interested about us than them and seeing how much you could lift. Julie's motto is form before load. We've been arund for awhile, that means we're older, and know how important that is. It's no fun being injured and getting set back for several months. She knows her stuff. For those into CrossFit she is level 2 certified. She is very encourageing. I'd recommend trying it out if you are a beginer or have done it for years.

There's a reason every person here wrote a 5 star review…read more I came to EDX on the recommendation of two friends to talk to Angelo about individual training. I was coming off a knee injury, had a handful of other aches and pains, and felt like my training (which I had been doing consistently for years), had started to plateau. Working with Angelo has been a game changer, and the depth of his fitness and coaching knowledge is absurd. Simply put, I've made measurable, significant gains in every area of my fitness. While I don't work directly with the other coaches or attend the classes (I use the open gym for the individual training plan Angelo writes for me) everyone on staff is friendly, helpful, and most importantly incredibly knowledgeable. There's no attitude here, just the expectation that you'll show up and work hard. Additionally - I've had multiple sessions with Liliana at EDX Bodyworks (the attached sports therapy clinic) - and she's a wizard, it's a great resource to have on hand for when tweaks and injuries pop up. I've been a member of probably 6 or 7 gyms, this is the best one yet, my membership will end when Angelo and Liliana decide to retire. No matter your fitness level, if you're serious about getting in shape do yourself a favor and give the EDX community a shot.
